Project Information Coordinator/Data Manager
As a part of the Engineering department, I provided Information Management data support for the RAS
TANURA Project, which was an $11B project. RAS Tanura was the world’s largest Petrochemical Plant at
the time. Performed data management work for partner companies DOW and Saudi Aramco Services.
Served as a liaison between project engineers and Licensors to ensure the integrity of the data. Licensors
were Technip, Shaw and Dow Chemicals to name a few. At ease with technical chemical and engineering
terms and processes. Assigned to work the Propylene Glycol envelope but worked with other chemical
disciplines. I had to prepare the engineering docs for distribution to the licensors. I worked with the Project
Engineers to clean up their equipment list in order to get it ready for the upload. I created technical
documents and procedures for the project where there were no protocols and controls for this unique project.
I created the Management of Change documentation and worked on the Request for Variance documents as
well. I established a line of communication and agreements with different branches of the company and
responsible for communicating all SmartPlant and Microstation technical changes to the Licensors. Created
a process to update the documents in a timely manner using existing tools. We used Documentum for
document management thus I had to create a process to communicate changes with the Documentum group
to ensure the timely delivery of changes and updates. Worked with the other technical support groups and
established the protocol to answer the client’s technical problems. All processes were agreed upon by all
stake holders. Quickly learned company protocols. Created and loaded the engineering equipment list into
the Oracle 10 g database. I used DDE, Front end application for direct data manipulation, to modify the
changes as required. Compiled and distributed Smart Plant P&ID seed files to the licensors. I updated the
Smart Plant P&ID with data updates. I also updated the Microstation PFD files and distributed them to the
individual Licensors. Developed a professional training program for their 3d Model Manager position.

Upstream Global Problem Coordinator
Part of XP Global Office Upgrade Team. As problem coordinator my job was to troubleshoot and resolve
all Upstream rollout technical issues and document their resolutions. Worked with 3rd level daily on
solutions. Had regular meetings with level 2 to resolve other issues first seen at the local level. Shared any
resolutions and work arounds with the Downstream rollout team. DBA for SQL databases used to house
reports, issues and other tables used for IDD (Integrated Deployment Database). Responsible for loading
updates and creating and maintaining stored procedures and DTS packages. Created tables used to upload
problems into web tool and Access 2003 interface of IDD. Worked with ASP.net to create web applications
to port data tediously collected throughout the project onto the intranet. Created reports and other data points
for the rest of the project team to utilize. As part of developer/Dba functions, I worked to configure the
databases with Merge Replication schema. Created DTS packages to update the databases nightly and
weekly. Worked with Oracle database to interface with SQL database locally. Helped create backup
schemes for the database. Other responsibilities included identifying and reporting problems and their
resolution back to the rollout teams domestically and internationally. Responsible for reports and analysis of
issues and problems during the project.
Global Application Data Analyst
Part of XP Global Office Upgrade Team. On a global level, I was responsible for collecting and analyzing
users’ applications on their desktop. I created processes on how to deal with international sites in relation to
their data privacy laws. Helped develop various strategies to stay within the boundaries of those countries’
local laws. I helped prioritize the user’s applications that were ready for layering onto the network.
Technically responsible for creating a Front end to the Access database used to analyze the applications.
Responsible for creating a bridge between our application collection database and the XP application
layering database. This allowed us to give users instant deployment status as part of the rollout schedule.
Responsible for setting up the SQL backend to the database. Tool was used to forecast project goals and
helped provide necessary metrics for the project. Required knowledge of relational DBs, SQL2000, data
loading (update/insert), SQL server, trouble shooting, access roles and views. An understanding of
Engineering and geosciences data. The position also required the understanding of application
classifications, Active Directory knowledge and Altiris application for migration.
Sr. Data Migration Coordinator
Lead Architect on the ExxonMobil US Production Company consolidation effort in that I created the plan to
execute the logistical and technical aspects of the project. I successfully consolidated 3500+ users’ shared
drive into a new predictable structure. I helped develop new processes and procedures for everyday
infrastructure support and maintenance. I successfully coordinated with several groups within the company
including Enterprise Storage Systems, Server operations, desktop support, Planning and Control and others.
I consolidated over 1.5 Terabytes of data over a 4 month period of time with minimal impact to the users. I
successfully load balanced the data between 4 servers as well as made new plans on further storage
solutions.
As part of Data Simplification Team, I migrated, simplified and merged International and domestic
Upstream companies' shared business drives data. To simplify meant to flatten ACLs (access control list)
within directories and provided a predictable structure for the shared data. Chief architect to create and
simplify technical and non technical business shared information. I restructured 93 out of 118 of
ExxonMobil’s worldwide sites shared I drive structures. Restructured users shared data into a consistent and
standardized structure. Responsible for creating Windows access control points (ACLS) and access groups.
Configured site ini files, dfs servers and trees. Experienced in complex 2-tiered DFS (distributed file
systems) configurations and setup. Experience in migrating from heritage servers to production servers as
part of HSME (High Security Mobil Environment) project. Responsible for moving the business unit’s data
from an open to a highly restrictive environment. Maintained the file servers(running Windows 2000
Enterprise Server) as part of project and helped troubleshoot various network issues, including home drive
moves. Used Perl, SMS, SuperCacls, EA (DRA from NetIQ) and advanced Nt scripting. Setup and modified
user ids including privileged ids according to the ExxonMobil Security model. Provided guidance to the
business units as a part of the rollout. Non-technical responsibilities included hosting various business
meetings and training classes to international as well as domestic sites.

Network Systems Engineer-
As a Systems Engineer, directed/assisted with the onsite configuration, installation and maintenance of
networked desktop computers, laptops, peripherals and software. Configured and setup Windows NT
Servers, Linux 6.0(Red hat), Win95, and Windows 98. Set computers for peer to peer and server based
networking, depending on the situation. Setup fax servers. Set user accounts and security privileges on the
server, helped setup SQL databases (Sybase).Setup VPN clients for remote administration via VNC and
other software. Mapped drives and installed network cards when necessary. We used Samba on the Linux
servers to communicate with the NT clients on the network. We used Linux machines as a hardware firewall
within the NT environment. Linux was used to VPN back into the various locations to aide in the
troubleshooting. Made Y2K upgrades when possible. Installed various office work tools such as Office 2000
and other office software. Networked printers, workstations and provided remote offsite maintenance of
companies’ computers. Troubleshot all hardware and software installed. Upgraded and repaired PCs running
Windows NT, Windows 95, and Windows 98, Apple OS. Installation of network cards, modems, zip drives
backup drives, Ls –120 drives, extra hard drives, CD burners etc. Trained to provide telephone technical

Worked with different business units in order to convey a technical solution to their multiple issues. Worked as a technical liaison between the business units and the IT department. Sept. 2008-Feb. 2009 KBR (Kellogg Brown& Root) Project Information Coordinator/Data Manager As a part of the Engineering department, I provided Information Management data support for the RAS TANURA Project, which was an $11B project. RAS Tanura was the world’s largest Petrochemical Plant at the time. Performed data management work for partner companies DOW and Saudi Aramco Services. Served as a liaison between project engineers and Licensors to ensure the integrity of the data. Licensors were Technip, Shaw and Dow Chemicals to name a few. At ease with technical chemical and engineering terms and processes. Assigned to work the Propylene Glycol envelope but worked with other chemical disciplines. I had to prepare the engineering docs for distribution to the licensors. I worked with the Project Engineers to clean up their equipment list in order to get it ready for the upload. I created technical documents and procedures for the project where there were no protocols and controls for this unique project. I created the Management of Change documentation and worked on the Request for Variance documents as well. I established a line of communication and agreements with different branches of the company and responsible for communicating all SmartPlant and Microstation technical changes to the Licensors. Created a process to update the documents in a timely manner using existing tools. We used Documentum for document management thus I had to create a process to communicate changes with the Documentum group to ensure the timely delivery of changes and updates. Worked with the other technical support groups and established the protocol to answer the client’s technical problems. All processes were agreed upon by all stake holders. Quickly learned company protocols. Created and loaded the engineering equipment list into the Oracle 10 g database. I used DDE, Front end application for direct data manipulation, to modify the changes as required. Compiled and distributed Smart Plant P&ID seed files to the licensors. I updated the Smart Plant P&ID with data updates. I also updated the Microstation PFD files and distributed them to the individual Licensors. Developed a professional training program for their 3d Model Manager position. Familiar with PDMS, Microstation and PDS to name a few. May 2000 – September 2008 ExxonMobil Upstream Global Problem Coordinator Part of XP Global Office Upgrade Team. As problem coordinator my job was to troubleshoot and resolve all Upstream rollout technical issues and document their resolutions. Worked with 3rd level daily on solutions. Had regular meetings with level 2 to resolve other issues first seen at the local level. Shared any resolutions and work arounds with the Downstream rollout team. DBA for SQL databases used to house reports, issues and other tables used for IDD (Integrated Deployment Database). Responsible for loading updates and creating and maintaining stored procedures and DTS packages. Created tables used to upload problems into web tool and Access 2003 interface of IDD. Worked with ASP.net to create web applications to port data tediously collected throughout the project onto the intranet. Created reports and other data points for the rest of the project team to utilize. As part of developer/Dba functions, I worked to configure the databases with Merge Replication schema. Created DTS packages to update the databases nightly and weekly. Worked with Oracle database to interface with SQL database locally. Helped create backup schemes for the database. Other responsibilities included identifying and reporting problems and their resolution back to the rollout teams domestically and internationally. Responsible for reports and analysis of issues and problems during the project. Global Application Data Analyst Part of XP Global Office Upgrade Team. On a global level, I was responsible for collecting and analyzing
  • 4. users’ applications on their desktop. I created processes on how to deal with international sites in relation to their data privacy laws. Helped develop various strategies to stay within the boundaries of those countries’ local laws. I helped prioritize the user’s applications that were ready for layering onto the network. Technically responsible for creating a Front end to the Access database used to analyze the applications. Responsible for creating a bridge between our application collection database and the XP application layering database. This allowed us to give users instant deployment status as part of the rollout schedule. Responsible for setting up the SQL backend to the database. Tool was used to forecast project goals and helped provide necessary metrics for the project. Required knowledge of relational DBs, SQL2000, data loading (update/insert), SQL server, trouble shooting, access roles and views. An understanding of Engineering and geosciences data. The position also required the understanding of application classifications, Active Directory knowledge and Altiris application for migration. Sr. Data Migration Coordinator Lead Architect on the ExxonMobil US Production Company consolidation effort in that I created the plan to execute the logistical and technical aspects of the project. I successfully consolidated 3500+ users’ shared drive into a new predictable structure. I helped develop new processes and procedures for everyday infrastructure support and maintenance. I successfully coordinated with several groups within the company including Enterprise Storage Systems, Server operations, desktop support, Planning and Control and others. I consolidated over 1.5 Terabytes of data over a 4 month period of time with minimal impact to the users. I successfully load balanced the data between 4 servers as well as made new plans on further storage solutions. As part of Data Simplification Team, I migrated, simplified and merged International and domestic Upstream companies' shared business drives data. To simplify meant to flatten ACLs (access control list) within directories and provided a predictable structure for the shared data. Chief architect to create and simplify technical and non technical business shared information. I restructured 93 out of 118 of ExxonMobil’s worldwide sites shared I drive structures. Restructured users shared data into a consistent and standardized structure. Responsible for creating Windows access control points (ACLS) and access groups. Configured site ini files, dfs servers and trees. Experienced in complex 2-tiered DFS (distributed file systems) configurations and setup. Experience in migrating from heritage servers to production servers as part of HSME (High Security Mobil Environment) project. Responsible for moving the business unit’s data from an open to a highly restrictive environment. Maintained the file servers(running Windows 2000 Enterprise Server) as part of project and helped troubleshoot various network issues, including home drive moves. Used Perl, SMS, SuperCacls, EA (DRA from NetIQ) and advanced Nt scripting. Setup and modified user ids including privileged ids according to the ExxonMobil Security model. Provided guidance to the business units as a part of the rollout. Non-technical responsibilities included hosting various business meetings and training classes to international as well as domestic sites. 1998 – 2000 Microelectronics Network Systems Engineer- As a Systems Engineer, directed/assisted with the onsite configuration, installation and maintenance of networked desktop computers, laptops, peripherals and software. Configured and setup Windows NT Servers, Linux 6.0(Red hat), Win95, and Windows 98. Set computers for peer to peer and server based networking, depending on the situation. Setup fax servers. Set user accounts and security privileges on the server, helped setup SQL databases (Sybase).Setup VPN clients for remote administration via VNC and other software. Mapped drives and installed network cards when necessary. We used Samba on the Linux servers to communicate with the NT clients on the network. We used Linux machines as a hardware firewall within the NT environment. Linux was used to VPN back into the various locations to aide in the troubleshooting. Made Y2K upgrades when possible. Installed various office work tools such as Office 2000 and other office software. Networked printers, workstations and provided remote offsite maintenance of companies’ computers. Troubleshot all hardware and software installed. Upgraded and repaired PCs running Windows NT, Windows 95, and Windows 98, Apple OS.
