Nothing beats a bunch of sardines (with some
snapper) cooked on the grill! I can eat an entire
can in one sitting. Sizzle, sizzle!!

In 149g (1 cup) of drained sardines (canned in oil),
there is 17g of fat and whopping 37g of protein!

Believe it or not, fat is actually good for you. Your
body needs it as a source of energy.




And sardines have the BEST type of fat – the good kind.
They are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, which decrease the
risks of heart attacks and strokes!

Protein is also
                       important.

                       It works towards
                       building and repairing
                       tissues such as muscles,
                       internal organs, skin,
                       bones and hair.

                       (Now, you can avoid

If you simply don’t like
sardines (or anything fishy ),
try a serving of red kidney
beans.




Although they only have half the
protein content than sardines, one
serving will yield the same
