Final Proposal for FMP

Working Title:
RUN
What is it called? This can change if you think of something better later
Product’s Purpose:
Entertainment. I will achieve this by making my product looks entertaining for my audience.
How do I do this is by adding an interesting plot for the game and that plot that I explained
below is a form of entertainment where my targeted audience will enjoy due to the
appealing aspects in the game.
What is the product’s purpose (entertain/educate etc.) and how will you achieve this?

A thriller/action demo animated game
What sort of product is it
Content
My product is a demo animated game. It will have a certain plot or story to make my
product more appealing. The plot begins with an explorer entering the woods and met an
alien, then they will have a brief conversation with each other where the explorer will ask a
few questions about the woods. Then, they will be interrupted by a group of
monkeys/chimpanzees where they will be chased. The explorer will have to run away into a
shed where he thinks that it is safe for him. I will end the demo animated game with a cliff-
hanger by making the explorer thinks that he is safe in the shed not realising that inside the
shed there is a monster.
What is your product about? Discuss what you would put in it (be specific). Does it have a story? If
so, discuss it here
Audience:
My primary audience would be 15-25 years old. This is because I think my product is more
suitable towards this age spectrum because younger people are often like to spend their
time on something that they consider fun. My secondary audience be 26-36 years old. This
is because people from this age spectrum would consider something to play to release
stress from their everyday life. My product’s primary gender is male because it is an
action/thriller and it contains masculine features such as a mal character, but it is open to
all genders to enjoy as it does not contain anything that may offend them. The primary
psychographic would be belongers because I will put catchy and trendy effects such as
characters and props that people nowadaysare into. Remakes of retro games as well is the
new trend these days where the same genre of gamesare being produced but with a twist.
My second psychographic would be achievers, this is because achievers are busy during
their day and this form of entertainment can help them to take a break from outside world
where they could just relax and destress themselves. The primary social grade would be
working class this is because I am offering a cheap price for my product because I want my
product to become accessible and enjoyed by everyone without discrimination.
Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc
Why would your project appeal to this person?
Research and Planning:
I will include elements of my research and planning such as which location of the game that
my targeted audience like, what kind of character would they want, is having a rivalry
necessary and what kind of ending would they prefer. I will use my research and my
planning throughout my final production from the beginning until the end. This is because I
believe with my research and planning as my reference it will help me tremendously in
producing my final product as it will act as a guideline for me during my production.

Where will you use your research and planning in your final production?
Legal & Ethical Considerations:
There won’t be anything that will be considered as offensive materials in my animated
demo game. I won’t restrict younger people to use/access my product as it is family
friendly. My demo animated game will not offend any social groups/religions or ethnicities
as it won’t contain any offensive materialsand family friendly. I won’t be using any existing
products ranging from characters to logos as it will only contain my original ideas and
inspirations. With this my product will be appealed more towards my targeted audience as
it is original and unique.
Think about any offensive material you will include?
Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it?
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities?
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone?
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs?
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement?

My second psychographic would be achievers, this is because achievers are busy during their day and this form of entertainment can help them to take a break from outside world where they could just relax and destress themselves. The primary social grade would be working class this is because I am offering a cheap price for my product because I want my product to become accessible and enjoyed by everyone without discrimination. Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc Why would your project appeal to this person? Research and Planning: I will include elements of my research and planning such as which location of the game that my targeted audience like, what kind of character would they want, is having a rivalry necessary and what kind of ending would they prefer. I will use my research and my planning throughout my final production from the beginning until the end. This is because I believe with my research and planning as my reference it will help me tremendously in producing my final product as it will act as a guideline for me during my production.

Legal & Ethical Considerations: There won’t be anything that will be considered as offensive materials in my animated demo game. I won’t restrict younger people to use/access my product as it is family friendly. My demo animated game will not offend any social groups/religions or ethnicities as it won’t contain any offensive materialsand family friendly. I won’t be using any existing products ranging from characters to logos as it will only contain my original ideas and inspirations. With this my product will be appealed more towards my targeted audience as it is original and unique. Think about any offensive material you will include? Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it? Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities? How will you ensure you do not offend anyone?
