  2. 2. Accolade Skills League is an open-enrollment recreational high school sports league designed to offer student-athletes a year- round platform to earn and maintain a reputation as elite players. • 2-day (weekend) tournaments. Every other month. • 11 championship belts (across 5 sports). • Athletes represent their school - but win personal honors. • Championship belts are won and held until next event (where it is either retained, lost, or vacated). • A rotating cast of guest coaches and mentors help to develop players throughout the tournament. A league that “Reveals Champions”

  4. 4. Impact on High School Athletes BRAND DEVELOPMENT in action EXPOSURE at all levels Year-round competition allows for 6 annual opportunities for high-school athletes of all graduating classes to test and demonstrate their unique and developing skill sets. Through the process of competing for, earning, and maintaining championship status – athletes get to experience all the realities of sports media (including preparation, promotion, press conferences, and personal brand management). EXPERIENCE that inspires Accolade Skills League is an environment that fosters “development during fun”. This is a workshop that allows talented players to develop lasting positive characteristics.
  5. 5. THE BELT SYSTEM and what it provides UNIQUE EXPERIENCES BRAGGING RIGHTS Players enjoy more frequent and consistent opportunities to show their development and skill. Players from all graduating classes and regions get a chance to meet and play. A TRUE MEASURE Valuable insights in the changing landscape of player match-ups. A HOME FOR SPONSORS Sponsors have a direct platform to engage with the youth sports market.
  6. 6. The Belt System & Sponsors GROWTH IN VALUE BRAND SECURITY By allowing sponsors to buy into the belt system directly, the sponsor’s investment is effectively de-risked. If a sponsor endorses a player, that player may get injured or be benched for some other reason. The championship belts have indelible and intrinsic value that transcends the current wearers. As events continue to take place, viewership and attendance rises, and the belt passes from champion to champion (activating new fan bases) – the championship belts will increase in value, as the competition for them becomes more heated and more public.
  7. 7. MEDIA INFRASTRUCTURE All BTS, pre-competition, tournament, and post-competition events will be broadcast live on all available platforms, recorded, and edited for reproduction and secondary release. Primary platforms will include: • Twitter. • Instagram. • TikTok. • YouTube. • Patreon. • Accolade Podcasts.
