Travel is defined as the physical transformation of one
place to another for tour, business, leisure, excursion and
so on .Travel industry is a evergreen industry because
people won’t stop travelling as they are into business and
tour, thus it becomes the sustainable industry. Now a days
lots of travel agencies are available and even we can plan
our itinerary or book a ticket by sitting in our home itself
through internet. Travel includes all sorts of transportation
like aero plane, train, bus, ship and so on. Travelling is the
essential segment of people life.

Day : 1 Destination – New York (2 Nights)
All Guests will meet at Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai as per the
scheduled flight departure time and proceed to New York.

Day 2 : New York
Today we explore exciting sights like 5th Avenue, United Nations Building,
beautiful Central Park, Rockefeller center, Ground Zero – a national tribute to
people killed in 9/11 attack.
Now it’s time for another exciting part of the tour – visit to Statue of Liberty. We
take boat cruise to reach Liberty Island. Stroll around the island and appreciate this
symbol of America’s Independence.
We then visit the Observatory deck at 86th floor of Empire state building which
gives spectacular view of Manhattan skyline and enjoy the New York Skyride.
Later we take night illumination tour through Manhattan and famous Times Square
– most bustling square of New York.

Day : 3 New York – Niagara falls (2 Nights)
Today we head for the most exciting part of the tour – Niagara Falls.
En-route we visit Corning Museum of Glass wherein we enjoy The Hot Glass
Show – glass making demonstration at the museum.
In the evening, we arrive in Niagara falls.

Day : 4 Niagara Falls
Today it’s time to experience of the world famous Niagara Falls from Canadian side,
we visit the Goat Island and get really close to the falls by visiting Cave of the
Winds.
Later, we enjoy boat ride ‘Maid of the Mist’ (Subject to Operation) and have the
opportunity to view the three falls – Horseshoe, American and Bridal veil falls and
further to ride on the observation tower elevator and walk up the footpath towards
the brink of the Falls.
In the evening, we enjoy view of Illuminated Niagara falls.

Day : 5 Niagara Falls – Hershey’s Chocolate World – Washington DC (1 Night)
Today we leave for the Washington DC – capital city of United States.
En-route we visit Hershey’s Chocolate World, where we will get a chance to jump
into the world of Chocolate.

Day : 6 Washington DC – Orlando (3 Nights)
Today we start our day with city orientation tour of Washington DC which includes
The Marble Obelisk – Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, Capitol Hill,
Union Railway station and Pentagon Building.
We then take the photo stop at the White House – official residence of the president
of USA.
Later we fly to Orlando – best known for the Walt Disney World Resort.

Day : 7 Orlando
Today we visit the exciting Kennedy Space Center and learn about our travels in
space, and Experience interactive simulators, live shows and jaw-dropping
encounters with massive rockets.
Later be thrilled at Magic Kingdom Park – Disney World, wherein we enjoy
various rides like Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Splash
Mountain, Tomorrow Land, Haunted Mansion and see the spectacular shows,
Animated Classics and shake hands with your favourite Cartoon Characters like
Mickey Mouse, Minnie, Pooh, Donald Duck, Tigger and many more. Later in the
evening, we enjoy Disney Parade.
Day : 8 Orlando
Today it’s time for entertainment at EPCOT centre – city of the future planned by
Walt Disney. Herein, we enjoy various rides like Space Ship Earth, Wonders of
Life, Universe of Energy, Test Track, Journey into the future world, Tapestry of
Dreams Parade in World Showcase and spectacular fireworks.
Day : 9 Orlando – San Francisco (2 Nights)
Today we fly to San Francisco – The Bay city. On arrival, we enjoy free time for
shopping.

Day : 10 San Francisco
Today we start our city orientation tour with Ghirardelli Square, Twin Peak,
Golden Gate Bridge, Golden Gate Park, Fisherman’s Wharf, Pier 39, City Hall,
China Town, Union Square and then take a tram ride on famous Lombard Street –
one of the crooked street in the world.
Later we take the San Francisco Golden Gate Bay Cruise which takes us through
San Francisco’s breath-taking waterfront.

dazzling neon illuminated landmarks such as Eiffel Tower, Statue of Liberty,

Day : 12 Las Vegas – Grand Canyon – Las Vegas
Today we proceed towards the Grand Canyon where we shall get the unforgettable

canyon and Colorado River.
On arrival we visit some of the famous hotels of Las Vegas like Bellagio, Venetian,
Luxor. Later we also see Bellagio Fountain Show and Fremont Street Experience.

Day : 13 Las Vegas – Los Angeles (2 Nights)
Today we proceed to Los Angeles – the city of Angels.
On arrival we drive through interesting sights of Los Angeles like Beverly Hills,
Sunset Boulevard, Rodeo Drive, Hollywood drive, Dolby theatre – venue of
famous Academy Oscar Awards and walk through Hollywood walk of Fame. Then
we get a chance to get close to our favourite stars at Madame Tussauds Wax
Museum.

Day : 14 Los Angeles
Today we rejuvenate ourselves at the famous Universal Studios – the entertainment
capital of Los Angeles.

the 4D Shrek show, come face to face with living dinosaurs at Jurassic park ride
and enjoy the action packed Water World show.

History of Mauritius
It has been frequently hypothesized that Mauritius was first discovered by
the Arabs, who named the island Dina Arabi. The first historical evidence
of the existence of an island now known as Mauritius is on a map
produced by the Italian cartographer Alberto Cantino in 1502. Cantino
shows three islands which are thought to represent the Mascarenes
(Réunion, Mauritius and Rodrigues) and calls them Dina Margabin, Dina
Arobi and Dina Morare. What is known is that the medieval Arab world
called the south-western Indian Ocean island region Waqwaq.

Today we visit Pamplemousses formally known as Sir Seewoosagur Botanic
Gardens – it is home to an incredible variety of tropical plants, many of them are
indigenous. Further we move on to Domaine Les Pailles – a place where man and
nature have combined their forces to preserve the beauty of the landscapes, wherein
we enjoy the Mini Train ride and visit the Spice Garden. We then have a panoramic
view of Port Louis city from Citadel Fort. Later we explore the city orientation tour
wherein we come across Catholic Church, Mosque, High Court building, Port
Louis Theatre, French Colonial buildings etc. We shall enjoy shopping at Le
Caudan waterfront in the evening.

Day 3 : Port Louis – Ile Aux Cerfs – Port Louis
Today we enjoy a high speed boat ride to Ile Aux Cerfs Island. On arrival, we will have a
look of the beauty of the Island by taking a thrilling Para sailing ride. Later we enjoy
swimming in the crystal clear waters of Mauritius.

Day 4 : Port Louis – Casela Bird Park
Today we shall enjoy shopping at Trianon Shopping Park. Later we visit Casela Bird Park
– home to 150 species of birds from 5 different continents, including the lovely long
necked Pink Pigeons which until recently were threatened with extinction.

Day 5 : Port Louis
Today we enjoy Glass bottom boat ride and see the beautiful corals in the clear blue
water. Later we explore the beautiful island on our own. In the evening, we enjoy the

Day 6 : Port Louis
Today we take a South Tour of Port Louis wherein we visit Trou Aux Cerfs also known as
Murr’s Volcano – a dormant volcano but could become active at any time in next
thousands years, Curepipe – beautiful residential town, Garden Village, Model Ship
Factory, Grand Bassin – the Sacred Lake and Shiva Temple. Later we visit Chamarel
village wherein we will come across Black River George, Seven coloured earths and
Chamarel Waterfalls – best waterfalls in Mauritius.

Day 7 : Departure from Port Louis

provided that arriving and departing passengers must report to US customs any
money or other monetary instruments exceeding USD 10,000.-. Gold: Importation
of gold coins or small, non-commercial quantities of gold must be declared upon
arrival.
For Mauritius
Local currency (Mauritian Rupee - MUR) in amounts exceeding MUR
500,000.- or equivalent in foreign currencies must be declared.

Cats and dogs are inspected by quarantine officer at port of arrival. If there is evidence
of ill-health, the owner must pay for the veterinarian for further examination of the
animal.
In addition, dogs (except for puppies less than three months of age) require rabies
vaccination not less than one month before arrival.
1. A valid certificate of rabies vaccination signed by a licensed veterinarian must
accompany the dog. This certificate should identify the dog and specify the date of
vaccination and expiration, and the type of vaccine used. If no expiration date is stated,
the vaccination must be no more than 12 months before arrival.
No rabies vaccination is required for dogs that during 6 months or more preceding their
arrival in the USA have been in Anguilla, Antigua, Aruba, Australia, Bahamas,
Barbados, Bermuda, Chinese Taipei, Curacao, Faroe Isl., Fiji, Guadeloupe, Guam,
New Zealand, Norway, Saipan, Samoa (American), St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St.
Martin, St. Vincent, Sweden, United Kingdom or Virgin Isl.
For Mauritius
All animals incl. animal material need an import permit from the Ministry of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and the Environment Mauritius, obtained in advance
and a sanitary certificate from the country of origin. All animals must be declared to
Customs immediately on arrival and landing is only allowed if the certificate issued by
the Veterinary Authorities of the exporting country is in conformity with the Import
Permit. Quarantine: dogs and cats: 1-3 months depending on country of origin; birds: 3
weeks.

United Federation Travel Agent
Association
History
The United Federation of Travel Agents’ Associations (UFTAA) emanates from t
he Universal Federation of Travel Agents’ Associations created in Rome, Italy, on
November 22nd, 1966. UFTAA was originally founded as a result of a merger of
two large world organizations, FIAV and UOTAA, recognizing the need to unify
travel agencies and tour-operators into one international federation. In 1989, coming
from Brussels, UFTAA set up its General Secretariat in the Principality of Monaco.

UFTAA’s mission is to be an international forum where matters affecting the world travel
industry are addressed, representing and defending the interests of incoming and outgoing
tour operators, travel and tourism agencies before the governmental bodies, suppliers and
other entities of international scope. It also aims at strengthening its members’ image and
enhances the world travel and tourism industry and a sustainable tourism.
- To comply with its mission, the Confederation develops the following functions:
- To unite and consolidate the Federations of Travel Agents’ National Associations and
to globally enhance the interests of their members ;
- To represent the travel agents’ activities before various world-wide bodies,
governmental authorities and suppliers ;
- To work towards the adoption of measures that will ease travel for the consumer and
to offer services to its member federations ;
- To be an investigation and information Centre supporting the member Federations’
work and to offer information for technological development ;
- To offer, as a voluntary mechanism, an arbitration service which assists in solving
conflicts resulting from commercial relations for which amicable settlement cannot be
reached ;
- To organize a world congress of travel agents and other meetings necessary to the
exchange and transmission of knowledge.

The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) is a UN specialized
agency, created in 1944 upon the signing of the Convention on International Civil
Aviation (Chicago Convention).

Practices (SARPs) which are then used by States when they develop their legally-
binding national civil aviation regulations.

CONVENTION PRESCRIBES RULES FOR AIR CARRIER LAIBLITY IN
CASE OF DEATH OR INJURY TO PASSENGERS ,DESTRUCTION, LOSS OR
DAMAGE TO BAGGAGE, & LOSSES RESULTING FROM DELAY OF
PASSENGERS, BAGGAGE & CARGO.
 THE PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF THE WASRSAW CONVENTION IS TO
DETERMINE THELIABILITY OF AIR CARRIRES IN THE CASE OF AN
ACCIDENT, BOTH IN REGARDS TO PASSENGERS & ALSO BAGGAGE &
CARGO.
 ORIGINALLY SIGNED IN 1929 IN WARSAW (HENCE THE NAME), IT WAS
AMENDED IN 1955 AT THE HAGUE & IN 1975 IN MONTREAL . UNITED
STATES COURTS HAVE HELD THAT, AT LEAST FOR SOME PURPOSE , THE
WARSAW CONVENTION IS A DIFFERENT FROM THE WARSAW
CONVENTION AS THE HAGUE PORTOCOL.

Conclusion
Any attempt any level cannot be satisfactorily complete
