▰ Data: Raw (Known) facts that can be recorded and have an
implicit meaning.
▰ Database: A collection of related data.
▰ Database Management: A system to facilitate the creation,
manipulation and maintenance of a database.
▰ Database Management System: A software used for database
management.

base management system
▰ A file system is a software that manages
data files in a computer system.
▰ File system has data inconsistency
▰ File system can store collection of raw
data files into the hard disk.
▰ There is more data redundancy in file
