• We had a visit from your Romford lettings negotiator, Harry
for a lettings valuation and we would like to say he was a
sheer pleasure to deal with. He was very friendly, sociable
and easy-going; not to mention professional as he informed
us about the local lettings market. Harry gave us
suggestions and recommendations regarding tips on what
tenants expect form their landlords etc to help put us in the
full picture.
• Overall, we were very, very satisfied with our visit and
would highly recommend Harry and haart as he
represented the company in an excellent way.

Hi Harry,
I would like to take this opportunity in thanking the members of the Haart letting team for everything
they have done for me since I started using them as my letting agent.
They fully understand my requirements, which may differ from other landlords and that they have
found me, to date, quality tenants.
I have found that Alex, Shani and Harry are excellent at responding to my needs. The service I get from
this team is second to none.
My only complaint is that I do not agree to the new charge of £195 plus VAT. I have had to pass this on
to the tenant but I am concerned that this could, if taken up by other agents, harm the market in the
long term and we will end up going back to advertising in the local paper to find our tenants, should the
market shrink after the EU result, which it undoubtable will after article 50 is activated. I would ask that
this charge is reconsidered by your company.

Hi Harry
My sincere apology for the late response.
However my experience with haart specially with you and Holly has been excellent and made our move
very stress free.
You have both kept us informed all the way for a smooth move to our new house.
Not only before moving but also after moving to our new house you have both gone above and beyond
to make our stay happy.
Since moving in to the property we have had a few maintenance issues but Holly Springett has been
very prompt and precise at keeping us updated. I do understand that it is not always that easy specially
when the Land Lord stays overseas
As a very young lady and gentleman in this business you have done a great job and we are so happy that
you have taken your job so sincerely and seriously

I was very pleased with Haart and harry for helping
finding me find the place I moved in to recently.
Especially Harry Lamb's personal help and advice, he
showed me around 8 rooms in 2 houses and even drove
me to and from the property for a 2nd viewing to make
sure I was fully happy with my choice. I would

How was work today? I just wanted to say how wonderful you are while am about renting my flat.
You got this lovely gentle professionalism which I appreciated a lot. You are very helpful immediately I
met you and explain my circumstances to you, that is how urgent I need a flat and with grate patience
and kindness, you knew exactly what might suit me saving me a lot of time.
further more I appreciate your transparent through out the negotiation and even after i have moved
in, because you called me as regards the refund of the checking in fee which was transferred back to
my account.

Thank you for sorting the fridge/freezer out for me.
I just also want to add that Harry's service has been great, he has been one of then best agents that I've
come across. His time management was brilliant, he explained everything clearly and his
communication skills were really good and positive, he was very keen to help and get me the studio flat
on time. He is a very pleasant person and I wish him the best.

Thank you for your email; my apologies for the delay in responding.
I have had opportunity of speaking with Harry Lamb on several occasions over the past year, and have
found him to be very helpful and polite. He is knowledgeable about issues relating to
landlord/tenants. If unsure about anything, Harry promises to look into it further and to update me
which, I am pleased to say, he has never failed to do. Harry's friendly and supporting attitude is very
welcome and reassuring, especially as I live in Canada. Harry is an asset to Haart!
