APPENDIX
SUMMARY OF FACULTY QUALIFICATIONS, DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES, AND PROFESSIONAL
RESPONSIBILITIES: GENERAL INFORMATION
Name: Dr. Harold Rivera-Mulero
Highest Degree Earned and Year: Doctor of Management, 2010.
Specific AQ/PQ qualifications standards are set by each individual institution as per Standard 10. AACSB White Paper #4
(AQ/PQ Status: Establishing Criteria for Attainment and Maintenance of Faculty Qualifications - An Interpretation of AACSB
Standards) clarifies and reconciles previous interpretations, answers some common misinterpretations to the standard, and
provides in its appendix the required tables/information that institutions should keep to document faculty AQ/PQ qualifications.
The following tables provide the information required by the standard. In lieu of an institutional standard, personal judgment has
been used to allocate activities in their respective categories. I have kept the original content although there might be some
changes in format to accommodate to the space provided here and fit of purpose.
