             1. Accuracy: Through the chart audit
                process, HHI identifies if the medical
                record supports the RUG level billed.
                This in turn yields:
                               Optimization of the potential RUG level.
                               Insulation of RUG scores billed.

            recommendations to the care rendered.
            For example:
                           Pendulum Exercises: HHI Consultant finds a Therapist
                           did not realize that a patient with a fractured humerus
                           would benefit from pendulum exercises 4x/day to
                           prevent frozen shoulder.
                           Staples: HHI Consultant finds that the Nurse is unaware
                           of the need for staple removal underneath ankle cast
