5. The Solar Tree is a tree-shaped solar
generator that provides visitors a wired and
wireless mobile phone charging service with
a resting space.
It produces 600 watts of electricity per hour.
Within two hours, mobile phones will be fully
charged for free.

16. Whale Story made by children
○ We learn about whales. The Whale is as smart as the human being and
lives more than 150 years.
○ However, the whale is dying because the garbage we throw goes into
the ocean.
○ We were so surprised and sad that our cute whale friend was dying
after eating trash.
○ So we made three promises for whale friends.
○ First, we won't use the disposable lunch-box and disposable
chopsticks.
○ Second, we won’t use paper cups and single-use plastic cups.
○ We won't take plastic bags when we go shopping for snacks.
○ But we can't protect our whale friends on our own.
○ Please join us so that we can see healthy whales that live in a clean sea
when we grow up.

○ Tongyeong city : We will make no-disposable Tongyeong city by practicing
zero disposable products in the public sector and support the reducing the use of
plastic bags in a traditional market.
○ Tongyeong City Council: We will make sure whether Tongyeong city
government keep their promises for no-disposable Tongyeong city and make
efforts to ensure that it can be implemented.
○ Tongyeong City Social Welfare Center: To reduce carbon emissions, all
employees will use carpooling or public transportation.
○ Tongyoung Environmental Movement Union: we will strive to bring about
changes in policies of the government and local governments.
○ Jeon Hyeok Rim Art Museum: I will make a sound with my work of art for next
generation to enjoy cobalt blue colored ocean.

○ Jeseok Elementary School: I will proceed with the campaign “no disposable
week” with elementary school students.
○ Local second-handed Store: I will make life changes by spreading a lifestyle
that reduces the burden of the environment
○ Find a Way in Tongyeong: I will carry out the TongBlue Campaign, a shared
tumbler, for all citizens.
○ Tongyeong Road Cultural Alliance: I will use multiple-usable containers for
snacks during Sunday morning sessions.
○ RCE Tongyeong Sejahtera Forest: We will serve as an educational HUB to
implement zero disposable city Tongyeong.
