4. Mock Interview Simulation
Through SuitUp, volunteers from Sanofi and students from MESA Charter High School,
Hunterdon County Polytech, Global Experience Magnet School (GEMS), and The
Newman School participated in a SuitUp mock interview competition where volunteers
coached students and provided interview best practices for a role at Sanofi. At the end of the
event, each team competed during an interview with a panel of judges for a chance to be
hired for the job and receive a cash prize.

SuitUp asked students if Sanofi’s SuitUp competition made an impact on their
future career choice. 83% of students said that engaging with the volunteers
influenced their career choice and now they can see themselves using skills
such as communication, teamwork and public speaking. Students are now
