HSB Marine Construction is a company specializing in the design,engineer-
ing,manufacturing and on site installation of floating structure systems
around the world.
With our solution-oriented and highly experienced team, we can create internation-
ally acknowledged and accepted solutions for different kinds of construction
demands on water. We open a new horizon for industrial facilities, property devel-

As HSB technical team, we are using BIM Project modeling system in order to
manage the design, manufacturing and installation scopes of a project simultane-
ously at a very early stage to create high efficiency in raw material procurement,

Hyundai E&C
We have successfully completed the very high capacity heavy duty pontoon
project with a buoyancy capacity of 100 tons. In this challenging project, we
provided a direct solution with our superior R&D and site operations capabilities.
Industrial Solutions
On Water
The highest capacity and longest water intake unit in the world we was realized in the Mosul Dam region. As the
water line changed in the 42 meter deep vertical basin, our constructed an approximately 450 – 500 meter
floating bridge. We built floating platform of 13,5m x 27 meters.

We delivered safe,long-lasting,eco-friendly,floating marinas,floating pier and special
purpose platforms delivered projects on water in many different countries.

The floating structure built by HSB Marine acts as the
reflection of the iconic crescent shape of the Katara Towers
Lusail hotel over the sea right by its coast. Our experienced
project and operation teams successfully connected the FFS
modules to each other on water and then layed the top
cement on site to create a monolith surface. HSB Marineʼs
FFS technology make it now possible to create any floating
structure at any desired size and shape .

HSB Marine Construction succeeded in producing the worldʼs largest floating structure in Qatar with its high-tech
Floating Foundation System (FFS). We designed and built a 2.000 square meters floating structure that weighs
2.500 tons for the 2022 FIFA World Cup opening ceremony at Katara Towers Lusail.

Renewable Energy On Water
The floating solar dock works with technology of HSB Marineʼs infrastructure system. By adding
anchors and attachments that fasten our components together, you will be able to create
custom shape and size that you need.
As HSB, our system are much longer lasting than plastic systems. HSB Floating solar dock
technology is robust and extremely low maintenance costs.
Floating solar energy system allows installation of standard PV panels at a large scale on water. A
simple and affordable alternative to ground-mounted solar systems, suitable for solar panels to
be installed on water witout harming the ecosystem underneath.
It will also reduce water evaporation to a serious extend to effectively conserve irrigation and
drinking water supply. In addition, the waterʼs cooling effect over the installed solar panels will aid

PUMP STATION
On Mosul Dam, we have implemented a floating pump station with the dimensions of 27m x 13.5m
and a loading capacity of 120 tons, which is the world's largest water intake unit.
According to the capacity needed, our solutions on water have no limits.

We built over the dam a floating bridge at a length of 450-500 meters, where the water level
bilaterally fluctuates within a 42 meter vertical depth. While 50 meter section of the floating
bridge moves simultaneously with water (up or down), the remaining 450 meter section of the
bridge stays stationary. HDPE pipes are layed over this floating bridge with a width of 4 meters.
