WHAT IS AN LRDP?
• A physical plan that embodies the
goals and requirements of UHMC
• Supports and directs future
physical improvements and
growth of the campus
• Guides the UH Board of Regents
in carrying out its capital
improvement planning and
budgeting responsibilities

• To address foreseeable
changes (e.g., Voc Tech
