Physiotherapy Screening Occurs
Physiotherapist completes a Physiotherapy
Screening Executive Summary (PSES) and
sends this to the client’s GA.
Reception sends to client, BCC’ing CST
(Emma), GA & Manager into email.
The GA inserts their ‘trainer comments’ on
the PSES and sends this to their Manager
to check over.
The Manager checks this over and sends
this to Reception.
