Employment History Iron Mountain: December 2007 to present  Currently maintain day-to-day running of a vault specializing in computer backup media for external clients.  General administration duties including update of daily presentation figures for management.  In charge of ensuring correct fulfillment of environmental policy for site to ISO standard.  Retrieval and re-file of client data within SLA.  Previously, member of project team working for Schlumberger and BP, responsible for administration, billing, and reporting, along with data processing.  Experience working with client companies at their place of business for various projects.  Deployment to different roles as and when required, including customer service, inbound, and scanning departments.  Site lead in regular projects, including recently the permanent withdrawal of one client’s physicaldata, requiring recording of which item was on a particular pallet. Customer had a weekly SLA that was always met on time.  Due to nature of some clients files which are ambiguous as to their nature, regularly employed to correctly pick out correct items from clients records.  Performs as unofficial supervisoras and when required.  Update certain client’s document NCI as and when required. Good general working skills in fixing computer hardware and software problems. Aware of need to install patches for software and IT security. Typing speed of 56 words per minute on average. Initiative Proactive in finding constructive,worthwhile tasks to accomplish. Won an award for having exceeded expected processing of incoming data. Currently studying part-time to further career. Have used analytical methods to recover missing documentation that was not processed correctly from other staff. Flexibility Regularly deployed to help other departments.
