DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Perform tests and otherwise measures and analyze products and processes as
dictated by their firms and quality policies and procedure.
 Visit working at sites to check if all the required standards of quality are followed.
 To check out effective quality control plans so that quality is never compromise and
risks factors are nullified, to the minimum possible extent.
 Ensure that quality control plans as per contractors/ clients expectation are followed,
especially in case.
 Identify problems, pose solutions and implement those solutions to achieve
objectives of the project.
 Plan and coordinate quality control activities and conduct sessions to explain to
workers the importance of following quality rules and regulations.
 Supervise working of quality service providers and inspectors.
 Review and approved documentation reports and other official reports to keep as
final records.
 Prepare work inspection request and related quality documents and procedure as
required.
 Perform random inspection from time to time.
 To follow up all the non-conformance notices.
 Detect defects or other problems, 0ften label or segregate the items that don’t
meet the requirements and notify supervisors or other responsible parties.
 To use measuring devices and equipment and routinely make records of the
findings.
 To do an inspection first article and in- process inspection checklist.
 To make a reception report for those incoming materials in factory.
 Observe and implement the company Quality Policy.
 Ensure the installation works are done as per approved drawings and
incoming materials as per the requirements/specifications.
 Conduct the water hose test and impact test wherever required and make
reports. Also liaise with third party for any tests conducted at sites and
coordinates with Consultants and Project Managers.
