This document describes EV Concierge, a chatbot that manages electric vehicle charging stations. It uses a queue system to allow multiple drivers to share limited charging stations. The bot integrates with HipChat to add and remove users from the queue, monitor charging stations in real time, and send reminders. It is built on Hubot and uses the ChargePoint API to integrate with physical stations. The architecture includes modules for command interpretation, event monitoring from stations, and managing the queue and driver data.
