Ft. Rowan University, Six-Floor Student Dormitory Building THE CHALLENGE Install a durable surface that is: • High quality and low maintenance. • Visually appealing. • Noise resistant, slip resistant and resilient. THE PROCESS • Construct an installation program that complied with a very structured and fast paced situation. THE FLOORING SELECTION: • Ecore’s Expona® Commercial Wood in Grey Ash™ – because of its eco-friendly “green”composition, durability and affordability. THE INSTALLATION: • Ecore underlayment was utilized throughout the entire project • The 300,000 square feet of pre-set planks helped facilitate fast-track construction. THE RESULTS: • The project was completed on time, prior to the return of students for fall classes. • The Expona® Commercial Wood flooring creates a comfortable resilient feel under foot.
