Egged is Israel's largest Transport Cooperative. In 2018, Egged was planning a pilot that will provide on-demand public transportation services. This is how the TOD (Travel On Demand) app was born. These are the user stories for this project.

Egged TOD – User Stories
Registered User
• Yossi is trying to look for rides close to him, so he can go to the university
• Types the origin address and the destination address, and pushes on “search rout”
• Among the possible ride results, he sees the Egged TOD ride
• Sees that this ride fits his destination, and the price can fit
• Pushes this option
• Goes to “Order Ride”
• After reviewing the order details, he pushes “Order”
• Sees the ride map, and goes back to home screen
• At the home screen, he can see that the ride has been ordered
• 5 minutes before the minibus arrives, he reaches the station, and sees a time indication at the App
• He puts the phone in his pocket, and waits until the minibus arrives
• When it arrives, he gets on the minibus and get notified by the App
• At this stage, he opens the notification, and transferred to “Ride” screen in the App
• When the ride is about to finish, he can see it on the map
• Gets off the ride when the driver reaches his final station
• The day after he gets into the App to order the same ride to the university

New User
• Yossi is opening the App
• Yossi is trying to look for rides close to him, so he can go to the university

• He is curious to know what it means, and pushes this option
• Sees the explanation, and wants to try this kind of ride
• Continues to registration
• Loges in with his Email
• Fills up necessary personal details
• Fills up his credit details
• Sees that the registration was successful
• Goes to “Order Ride”
• Uses the App as a registered user
• When the ride is over, he is entering the university campus
Profile Editing
• Yossi has gotten a new credit card
• Yossi wants to change the card the App is using to bill him
• Looks for a feature to set personal details
• Reaches the menu, and finds the “My Profile” option
• Looks at the submenu and sees “Credit Details”
• Pushes “Edit”
• Takes out the new card from his wallet, and updates the new details
• Pushes the “Save” button, and sees that the new card has been updated
• Goes back to “Home” screen
