As a G5 ICT teacher, I am responsible in motivating their young knowledge & to encourage
them aim high. ILMP is one way to monitor the progress of our students in a certain area of
their difficulties.

6. A report card helps us teachers a lot to keep track of children's progress and areas that
needs an intervention. The report card can be likened to a checklist of skills crucial for
crucial learning & childs developments. Sharing and self-control are typically evaluated in a
"social development" category.
7. The teacher keeps an update by reaching out parents via Cellular calls & text and messenger chats if
possible to monitor learners progress in absence of a face to face classes. It is very important for us
kinder teachers to have a checklist to ensure learners consistency and completeness in carrying out
daily activities & tasks.
8. Since we are under ECQ/GCQ or Lockdown period, modular distance learning we are encouraged to
conduct Online Kumustahan at a given time for our subject to discuss with the learners and to ask
about their concerns about the topic they are not familiar with.
9. Since we are in modular distance learning, messenger and text are the means of communication to
reach out my student. Parents sent message to me when they find hard to understand the lesson, so
I explain it to them clearly and give simple examples. I also created an instructional materials like
performance task, and assessment to ensure that they have learned from the self-learning module.

11. Because of the community quarantine here comes circumstances along the way, parents & teachers
were restricted to go out, so as a remedy for us to distribute learning materials we’ve posted
pictures and screenshots of SLM’s through messenger and Facebook groups created by advisers of
every ;earning area of concern.
14. It is very important to consider the needs of the learners, and to develop learners' weaknesses. The
teachers must see to it that he/she is capable in turning the weakness of the learner to be positive
strength and make it the brightest point of the kid to learn on his experience.
16. The teacher must see to it that the always makes sure that the leap been distribute to the learners
were reviewed according to the learners needs. The teachers must give extra time & effort to the
learner to answer it and don’t give them deadlines, let them do it freely according to what is on
their daily scheds.
18. Since DepEd mandated us to be under Modular Printed Modality, we were allowed to
conduct online kumustahan with our students. Online Kumustahan is not an actual class
but to know the area of concern of every learner, a time for the teacher to discover
every learners needs for a certain subject area.
19. During the online kumustahan the teacher grabs the time to discuss every
heavy part of his lesson to lessen hardships of the learners, it is the time to
ask their area of concerns & a chance to have a quick review from the past
lessons and to have an advance review on incoming topic or next lesson.
20. In my previous Kumustahan with G5 Rosas, I was observed by our group Master
Teacher, sir Christian B. Baldespinosa for technical assistance.

22. During pandemic & lockdown period professional growth is indeed needed. As we face this new
problems of facing Covid-19, we really need this kind of webinars that will help us to improve our
teaching and learning process in time of the pandemic covid19.
