Situation:
A pharmaceutical company’s flagship drug is in a very competitive space, and each
year the competition for market share becomes more fierce. One of their core
marketing strategies is to target the HCP community. For their most recent
engagement, they were tasked with increasing the total number of high value actions
(HVAs) taken on their website, while decreasing their ad spend from the previous year.
Goals:

Solution:
