 Conduct Health, Safety and Environment audits and inspections to identify
system deficiencies and operational hazards and risk.
 Conduct internal HSE inspections.

and propose the necessary corrective measures.
 Monitor and maintain control measures in the use of hazardous materials.
 Equipment certificates holder. Check-up of equipment certificates for validity
and suitability for activity type on weekly basis.
2005 up to December 2015,Saipem Kazakhstan, North Caspian Sea,
Kashagan offshore drilling project - D Island, EPC 2, EPC 4.
HSE Supervisor
 Follow, develop and ensure the implementation of the HSE Management
System in compliance with the international standards.
 Ensure that all sites activities carried out by the Saipem are conducted in strict
accordance with Saipem HSE Standards and with the
requirements/specifications of the Project.
 Act as PTW/SIMOPS COORDINATOR on site. SIMOPS Meetings. Co-
operation with client about all simultaneous operations on project areas.
Coordinating with site supervisors, about planned activities. Manage the day
to day activities of the Permit Control Facility in line with the company Permit
to Work System. Monitor and advise on SIMOPS activities on all offshore
facilities and advise the Offshore Site Manager of potential conflicts.
 Establish HSE monitoring and audit program applicable to all phases of the
operations.
 Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety,
occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
 Act as OIM (Offshore Installation Manager) deputy – when required.
 Experience in the delivery of the highest standards of training in Emergency
Response and Major Emergency Management to Offshore Installation
Managers, Deputy OIMs, Process Control Room Operators and Lead/Senior
CROs/Shift Supervisors by way of instructing, coaching and mentoring both
onshore and offshore to OPITO Standards as well as Crisis and Emergency
Response Planning.
 Significant expertise working with national and international regulations and
regulatory compliance.
 Ability to develop, conduct and oversee safety and health programs.
Conducting risk assessment and risk mitigation measures on-site and before
commencement of projects.
 Investigates, analyzes and reviews accidents or near misses within the

 Developing company stop- job authority policy that requires workers to report
situations that present a risk and which they can't properly deal with on their
own. All unsafe Jobs MUST be stopped; this was always my main message to
employees.
 Coordinate training programs for employees. Working in a construction or
drilling company was my duty to educate workers about site-specific safety
measures. Training workers to identify, deal with potential hazards, and the
correct ways how to eliminate hazards.
 Taking care of health and safety of the employees and ensuring that the
