2. TEST LEAD
Analyze requirements during the requirements analysis
phase of projects.
Check / Review the Test Cases document.
Keep track of the new requirements from the Project.
Forecast / Estimate the Project future requirements.
Arrange the Hardware and software requirement for the
Test Setup.
Develop and implement test plans.
Escalate the issues about project requirements (Software,
Hardware, Resources) to Project Manager / Test Manager.
Escalate the issues in the application to the Client.
Assign task to all Testing Team members and ensure that
all of them have sufficient work in the project.
Organize the meetings.
Prepare the Agenda for the meeting, for example: Weekly

Project Description:
This is a project to implement changes to the existing credit operating model and provide the end users with a
streamlined credit process for the Business and Commercial Lending.
eKYC
The eKYC (Know Your Customer) check verifies customer identity and address electronically, based on the information
such as customer name address, personal identity proof etc.
The major features of eKYC functionality are:
1. Perform KYC checks online using bureau data and bank specific business rules for a new customer
2. Retrieve the present KYC status for existing customer from core platform KYC data base and perform KYC checks online
by using bank specific business rules. If re-KYC is required get bureau data for KYC check
Credit Decisioning Service
4. The Credit Decisioning service will supply MCOS (Multichannel online sales) with decisions on what products, if any, a
customer can be offered. These decisions will be based on Retail Credit Risk owned logic within the Chordiant Decision
Engine (third party tool). Decisioning will interface with MCOS, a credit reference bureau service and internal RBSG core
systems to provide the data required to inform decisions.

Off-shore and deals with analysis and fix of Production Environment Defects from Quality Center. It also deals with Small
Request.
HBOS – UK (Bond Factory Project: Sep 2008 to Jun 2009) as Sr.Test Analyst
Project Description:
The Bond Factory aims to provide the savings business with functionality that will allow them to rapidly create, test and
implement new ‘Bond’ products namely Guaranteed Equity Bonds and Fixed Rate Bonds with minimal involvement from IT
in significantly shorter timescale and at lower costs than is currently possible. To achieve the low cost implementation of
Bond products, a database called “Product Inventory” is being introduced (.Net application).
5. HBOS – UK (RHODES II STATEMENTS Project: Dec 2007 to Aug 2008) as Sr.Test Engineer
Project Description:
HBOS initiated the project Rhodes comprising of a number of work-streams aimed at improving customer experience and
reduce customer dissatisfaction in their bank account processing. The Statements work-stream within Rhodes II should
implement enhancements to the design of the statements for Banking, Savings and Sharesave accounts and the
processing around the generation of statements, either paper or online.
The requirements for Rhodes II statement work stream has been categorized into two phases. The first phase essentially
deals with the regulatory aspects as specified by the NICC (Northern Ireland Competition Commission) and the non
regulatory requirements which form a part of the statement for the Banking, Saving and Sharesave accounts. These
requirements are for the Halifax, Bank of Scotland and Sharesave accounts.
HBOS – UK (APPLICATION SERVER MIGRATION Project: Jun 2007 to Nov 2007) as Test Analyst
Project Description:
The purpose of this project was to replace all NT4 servers (and any impacted Windows 2000 servers) hosting Business
Objects applications, with Windows 2003 servers as Microsoft no longer supports Windows NT4. Since Windows 2003
server is not supported by Business Objects 5.1.7, HBOS initiated this project to migrate all the Business Objects 5.x
reports to XI R2.
The scoped of the project to migrate 254 reports which are in two modules Heal and Business Eye. The reports are having
Visual basic application and call an external VB program which is developed by a third party. The 5.1.7 reports were using
Add-in, custom prompts which are not supported in XI R2. HCL has developed solutions to overcome this problem. The
scheduled reports will burst out the HTML which will be feed to another application called Business Eye.
