Mr. Moody has over 23 years experience with surface water lake resources. That experience includes
sediment and erosion control. It began while a principle with Cloud Concrete in 1983. Mr. Moody
became a Mirafi geotextile distributor and added North American Green Erosion Control in 1986. Mr.
Moody left Cloud Concrete to pursue Geotechnical and Erosion Control full time in 1986. He migrated
from product representation to product development, and finally, design. He started WISE Hydrology in
April 2008 and specializes in wetlands and stream mitigation design, and Section 401/404 Clean Water
Act permitting. He is responsible for all aspects of streams and wetlands mitigation design, including
E&SC, slope stabilization and natural drainage design utilizing Landform Grading. He is well known for
appropriate native species selection and planting plans, and all aspects of monitoring. He has significant
experience in preparing and processing Section 401/404 permits for various types of projects, ranging
from minor utility plans to large planned residential communities, and has extensive expertise in
AutoCAD, HydroCAD, USGS SWSTAT and TDOTv203, RIVERMorph, and slope stabilization software.
He has completed Rosgen / Wildland Hydrology’s stream restoration training courses (Levels I – IV).

Wallen's Bend was constructed using natural channel design. The Erosion and Sediment Control Plan
