2. At a young age, Garrett found comfort in
watching sports and learning everything he
could about the sports he watched. Growing up
in New York in the 1990’s, Garrett had the
opportunity to follow the New York Yankees and
to understand MLB by not only watching games
with his grandmother but by also reading articles
about the games and memorizing stats from the
local newspaper. Garrett see’s himself as a
Sportscaster and would love nothing less than to
leave a positive impact with what he
accomplishes. Garrett looks up to is Joe Buck
because of his sportscasting career but also
because of how he followed in his fathers
footsteps. This is something Garrett would like to
copy - to have his family around his passion and
