Companies with the classic project management (like PMI, PRINCE2®) feel the need to increase the project success and shorten the delivery time. They are afraid to switch directly to Agile management (Like Scrum, DSDM, PMI-ACP), so Hybrid management would be the solution.
This survey shows, which are the conditions to introduce classic management and the results which should be reached.

In present fast technology development environment it is clear, that classic project management methods like PMITM (Cerificate CAPM, PMP), PRINCE2® (Certificate Foundation, Practitioner) , APM, IPMA (Certificates A,B,C,D level) are not sifficient, changes are implemented slowly and results do not bering expected benefits. Agile project management like Scrum (Scrum Master, Scrum Developer, Scrum Product Owner) PMI-ACP, DSDM, PRINCE2® Agile brings the solution, but it is hard to implement into classic environment.
