           1. Overview of the Project:

       Assotech Windsor Court is a high-rise residential project being developed by Assotech Limited. The
       project is located at Sector 78, Noida. The project is being developed in two phases, with both having
       unique concepts of their own. The first phase introduces the concept of ‘MUVS’ (Multi Utility Variable
       Space) providing customers the flexibility to transform living spaces into working areas, play areas.

       The second phase introduces MOVES (My Own Versatile Expansive Space) concept that provides the
       sheer luxury of space. It offers spaces like 1825 Sq. Ft., 1950 Sq. Ft., 2425 Sq. Ft. The project is spread
       over 11 acres of land with lots of green spaces and excellent amenities such as a swimming pool, family
       club, sub-station, an open amphitheatre, sculpture garden and community sit outs. The project will have
       a total of 816 units.

       Leading banks such as HDFC have approved the project are providing the home loan for the project. The
       construction has started and project possession will start 2013 onwards. .

       The project is located in the vicinity of Sector 74, 75, 76 wherein major residential development is taking
       place. The Windsor court site is approximately 4.2 KM from sector 37 crossroads and within 10 minutes
       drive from Noida City center. The project has good connectivity to Noida business centers, schools,
       health care, and retail malls.

       Assotech Limited is a vertically integrated organization with interests in Real Estate development in the
       areas of Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, IT/ITES, Healthcare, Corporate Spaces and Facility

           6. Financing:

       Home loans are available from HDFC Bank, ICICI and other leading banks for Assotech Windsor Court
       project. According to RBI guidelines 20% of total property value has to be borne out by the buyer and
       remaining 80% of the total property value can be financed by financial institutions.

       Home loan rates are available on floating and fixed interest rates. Fixed rate loans are expensive but are
       fixed during the whole tenure of the loan whereas floating rates are indexed to banks’ base rate and
       fluctuate as and when banks revise their base rates.

       We work with leading banks in the industry and as part of our total service we facilitate the process of
       securing the home loan for our customers.

        * Banks normally provide loans based on the households' capacity to pay the EMIs.
        Generally, 40-50% of household income can be accounted for paying the EMIs

        In this example,
        we have assumed rate of interest at 10.5%
        Tenure of the loan is 240 months

       EMI will increase if interest rates go up and decrease if interest rates fall. EMI decreases if the tenure of
       the loan increases. However, 20 years (240 months) is the maximum available tenure for the home loan.

According to RBI guidelines 20% of total property value has to be borne out by the buyer and remaining 80% of the total property value can be financed by financial institutions. Home loan rates are available on floating and fixed interest rates. Fixed rate loans are expensive but are fixed during the whole tenure of the loan whereas floating rates are indexed to banks’ base rate and fluctuate as and when banks revise their base rates.
