A professional with a long corporate experience in both national and international jobs. Good at management of private enterprise, INGO programmes as well as public sector
roles. Having started in the public sector in water and sanitation, has worked as expatriate for INGO in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene programs in various countries around the
world at deferent capacities, in high and middle level management positions. My roles heavily leaning in dealing with communities in both urban and rural settings and liaison
with influencial governance community leaders, donors and partiners.
In private enterprise, I have entrepreneurially worked as management executive in the ICT sector, having established my firdt enterprise in IT in 2004. This enterprise serving in
the service and technical sector of the Kenyan economy in selling and provision of IT equipment and IT solution to both to the public sector and private sector. Currently I run a
house hold renewable and green energy enterprise, that focus in economic and innovative rural lighting. I am a self motivated and innovative individual with a result oriented
drive, who adds value to teamwork and organizations’ strategy.
Worked as:
1) TOPmart Hygiene and Sanitation Services
Provision of hygiene and sanitation services to the public and learning institutions:- Poor sanitation services by government and public agencies has created an interventional need
to bridge the gap. TOPmart hygiene and sanitation Services makes available clean sanitation facilities at affordable cost. They include provision of clean toilets, and access to
hygiene products, such as soap, emergency and routine sanitary towels sterilizing products etc.
2 ) Household Green Energy Project Manager (Nyeri Kenya)
Promotion and distribution of Green Energy products and accessories targeting rural and urban households. The aim is to increase access to and reduction of household electrical
lighting through use of ECO friendly electrical/electronic products and accessories using LED (Light Emitting Devices) and florescence technology.
It entails travelling and engaging the rural folk in understanding the benefits of green an ECO energy. It also makes available the products in the rural traders outlets for easier
access by the target clients. The project has a wide reach in the Mt. Kenya and Central regions of Mt. Kenya region.
3) WASH Consultant Project Manager (Republic of South Sudan)
CESVI Overseas -North Bahr el Ghazal, Aweil South Sudan: Success implemention of two projects funded by UN OCHA and IOM, in the provision for save drinking
water and sanitation to returnees coming back to South Sudan for the independence referendum and later to the new Republic of South Sudan.My roles were
technical, administrative and financial.

4)(a)WASH Expert and WASH Emergency Support (Zimbabwe)
Zimbabwe ACF-International Network: Implemented Chipinge Urban Water Supply and Sanitation rehabilitation. Major activities involved rehabilitation and
augmentation of the town’s water supply and sanitation system, activities included: boreholes drilling, rehabilitation of 500m WS reticulation system and construction
and integration of 2km new pipeline, development of a hydraulic model for control of NRW, replacement and upgrading of the urban sewage system for the town’s
High Density suburb among other activities.
Tendering for construction of 11KVA electric supply and an online water chlorination system.
5)(b) WASH Emergency Support Manager
Managed an emergency team for Rapid Response to any Cholera outbreak in 13 districts of Southern Zimbabwe. ToT for Rapid Cholera Response Team. Household
training in Hygiene on Domestic water treatment, preparation for ORS as first aid for those with Acute Waterly Diarhea, Cholera Outbreak surveillance reporting and
intervention strategy. ToT for village hygiene promoters using PHAST and CHAST Methodologies. ToT for local mechanics in water point repairs, ToT for local staff
in water quality monitoring.
Other Roles: Included WASH need assessment for other urban settings of Chiredz, Gutu and BiteBridge. Contribution to the organization’s overall strategy and more
specifically WASH sector.

Project Objectives: Emergencyrehabilitation and augmentation of Chipinge water supply reticulation system and replacement and upgrading of the Chipinge urban sewage
system in the town’s High Density suburb as a mitigation for the frequent cholera outbreaks.
(b) WASH Emergency Support: This was an integral role to support a Rapid Response team in surveillance and intervention in cholera outbreak areas covering 13
districts of southern Zimbabwe. Also played a major contribution to the Zimbabwe WASH Cluster Cholera response strategy.
(4) WASH Coordinator: Bangladesh ACF-International Network:
A post Emergency Hurricanre Sidhi Intervention covering three districts of Bangladesh, Shariatpur, Cox’s Bazaar and Burguna.
(5) WASH Program Manager:
Southern Sudan: ACF-International Network: A WASH program in Unity State of the then Southern Sudan, for its outstanding success, it was featured in WASH
International Tech Magazine edited by ACF-IN Network and extended by the donor ECHO for an extra year.
