     Ovaj tekst je objavljen 9.aprila 2012. godine. GIKIL Tim za
korporativne komunikacije i korporativnu društvenu odgovornost

                                   „Izvrsnost performansi kroz ljude“ je naziv još jedne nove
                                   inicijative menadžmenta „Global Ispat koksne industrije“
                                   d.o.o. Lukavac, a koja je lansirana 4. aprila 2012.godine u
                                   „Mohan Lal Mittal“ auditorijumu kompanije.

                                   Generalni direktor GIKIL-a, gospodin Guntupalli
                                   Jagannadham je predsjedavao sesijom, dok je gospodin
                                   Santanu Kumar Nath prezentirao temu. Svi funkcionalni
lideri           kompanije            su         participirali       u         diskusiji.

Gospodin Nath je predstavio: viziju – izvrsnosti performansi, te glavne karakteristike, okvir,
faze i predložene jedinice programa „Izvrsnost performansi kroz ljude“ u GIKIL-u.

U skladu sa GIKIL-ovom filozofijom, kompanija će da stremi ka dostizanju rasta na najvišem
nivou       i       da        bude        konkurentna        na        tržištu      putem:
• Stvaranja orijentacije kulture poboljšanja i sveukupne izvrsnosti za sve svoje dioničare.
• Njegovanjem ambijenta koji će stimulisati uključenost zaposlenika vezano za inovacije,
kreativnost                                    i                                    učenje.
•     Oslobađajući ljudski potencijal u cilju izvedbe na najvećem nivou.




Odmah nakon što je prezentacija gospodina Nath-a završena, gospodin Jagannadham je
izjavio da je početni budžet od 40.000 KM, koji je predložen u prezentaciji gospodina Nath-a,
odobren i da inicijativa „Izvrsnost performansi kroz ljude“ mora biti implementirana što prije
u GIKIL-u.

                                  Yet another new management initiative called
                                  „Performance Excellence through People” was launched
                                  in GIKIL on April 4, 12’ in Mohan Lal Mittal Auditorium.

                                  Managing Director of GIKIL, Mr. Guntupalli
                                  Jagannadham chaired the session. Mr. Santanu Kumar
                                  Nath presented the topic. All the functional heads of GIKIL
                                  had                       participated                     .

Mr. Nath presented: vision – Performance Excellence, Salient features of PEP, PEP
Framework,    Phases     of   PEP    program     and     Proposed     PEP    Units.

In line with GIKIL philosophy, we shall strive towards achieving Top line Growth and Cost
Leadership                                                                        through:
- Creating a culture of improvement orientation and all round excellence for all its
stakeholders;
- Nurturing an ambience that stimulates employees’ involvement for innovation, creativity
and                                                                              learning;
- Unleashing people’s potential to perform at their highest level.




Immediately after the presentation by Mr. Nath is over, Mr. Jagannadham has declared the
initial budget of 40,000 KM as proposed by Mr. Nath in his presentation is approved and that
the initiative of „Performance Excellence through People" must be rolled-out at the earliest in
GIKIL!
