Scanwell then communicates with the supplier to ensure the release date is adhered too. Scanwell then communicates the status back to the client at the clients pre approved intervals. Reporting: Scanwell rates each supplier based on the following: Communication Their ability to meet deadline Correct and timely documentation Each Report will be sent to the client electronically

New or Current Vendor Site Visits <ul><li>Today, business relationships are extremely fragmented, based primarily on global expansion and Al Gore's invention, e-mail. </li></ul><ul><li>As the world becomes smaller and smaller and the relationships become seperated by more distance, more business is conducted via e-mail, especially for those new vendors trying to sell their product to buyers here in the states. Instead of being concerned about the actual existence of such a vendor or supplier, Scanwell will visit the site for you to ensure several key elements exist, take photos and introduce themselves to the vendor and feed this information back to the buyer. </li></ul><ul><li>Each visit will be done in accordance with the specification provided to Scanwell from the buyer. This can be done as a simple check list, business matrix or other means designed by the buyer here in the states. This will save our clients the costs of having to travel to far off lands and returning unsatisfied because the vendor or supplier didn't meet their expectations. It's purpose is to effectively replace costly head count and divert a lot of that work to our Global Support team. </li></ul><ul><li>The major function of the Administrative Services is to provide a single point of contact for departmental managers and preparing electronic reports, clerical work and for distributing formal and informal information to our clients suppliers. Other functions are as follows: </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure project implementation in China or other countries. </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate communication amongst other parties within the Global Business Solution team and the client. </li></ul><ul><li>Evaluation of Global team both on a service and communication aspect. </li></ul><ul><li>Communicate directly with Project Managers in the United States. </li></ul>SECTION 1:

How are companies today staying competitive in an ever growing industry where their current clients are now turning into competitors? </li></ul><ul><li>Our clients remain competitive by reducing labor costs and improving their service to their buyers. The entry level employee today commands a basic salary of around $30,000 USD minimum and after insurance and other misc. fees that increase the $30,000 salary to over $40,000 or more.. Companies pay this and try to bury a person by asking them to do twice as much work than one person can typically handle. Their motto, do the work of two people and only pay for one. The problem is this causes repetitive turn-over, constant problems that end up costing the company more money than what they would have saved by hiring the two people and are providing less than adequate service to their clients which in turn causes loss of revenue and profitability. </li></ul>Fact : 10 to 15 years ago about 40% of all Fasteners in American came from importers, today that number is almost 60% and it's growing daily. The one question that remains is will the remaining 40% of those manufacturers turn into importers and when? Tailored solutions at your finger tips: <ul><li>Each program is tailored to the specifications of our clients and many options are considered &quot;valued added&quot; however there is a minimal management cost based on man-power and costs involved however based on our clients cost, this program pays for itself many of times over during the initial program roll-out. </li></ul><ul><li>Here is an example of a project we are currently running for a large VIP client. </li></ul><ul><li>Scanwell and this client audited their yearly expenditures dedicated to International transportation and logistics. When we factored in man power we were looking at a large 7 digit number. After doing our internal audit we committed to save the company a minim of 10% of that supposed number. If in fact we reach that goal, Scanwell will get 25% of the total savings. The company does have to pay a small management fee for the program. </li></ul>SECTION 1:
