Activities: Fatigue testing of the front and rear strut
connection to the body under climate conditions
(- 30°C and +85°C/60%RH). For this test a road load
pattern has been applied to the wheels. The CFRP
body was fixed with flexible elements

Development and build of a complete armouring system on a series
production vehicle, for two different threat levels.
Activities:
• Engineering of steel, glass, fibres, electric
and functional parts.
• Proto build complete vehicle
(series final assembly by OEM)
• Testing of all functional requirements
• Production of steel kit; logistics of other parts
• Supplier chain management
• Certification and homologation of armour system

• Executor: SRE Consortium Regio Eindhoven
Responsibilities:
• CAD Design of LBG (Liquefied Bio Gas) system in bus
• Prototyping of two city busses for Eindhoven
• Overall Project management for consortium
Activities:
• CAD design of LBG system in Catia V5
• CAE analysis
• Replace diesel engine by a gas engine with NoNox
system added on engine
• Realise two city busses which fulfil LBG certification
requirements
