The numerous health benefits of antioxidants are unlimited. If you want more

free radicals (Tufts University, 2003). The USDA recommended minimum daily
antioxidant intake is 3,000 ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) points. On the
average Americans get only 800 ORAC points each day (USDA, 2011). There is
overwhelming evidence that shows individuals do not get high enough levels of
