According to Phil Gray, the chief
executive of CSP, “Work is good for us
and can contribute to physical and
mental wellbeing - but not when
overworking means people don't have
the time or energy to look after their own
health or when staff is at work but are
not fit for work”.

One main factor suggesting to this study
is the use of poor ergonomics around
the office. Chairs with poor lumbar

and is linked to conditions such as
depression, anxiety and heart disease”.

taking breaks, proper exercise and a
healthy diet can lessen your chances of
obesity; and using non-invasive forms of
