  3. 3. Build a solid foundation for client relationships. Do fundamentals well. Know what is important to your client. Know your strengths and weaknesses. Know the strengths and weaknesses of your clients.
  4. 4. It is not the team with the best players that will win the championships. It is the players with the best team that will win the championships.
  5. 5. TURN CHALLENGES INTO OPPORTUNITIES
  6. 6. 3 Take the pressure off them - "Here is what we are going to do." Understand we are constantly proving our value. 1 2 4 Who are they going to listen to? Build trust for the tough times that are coming. Communication is a two way street.

  8. 8. Build your culture. Coach your best the hardest and expect the most out of them. 1 Change can be a good thing. 2 Say what you mean and mean what you say! 3

  10. 10. Things are not always the way they seem. for the challenges you know are coming.Prepare confident, but honest with yourself.Be counsel of those it really matters to.Seek
  11. 11. COUNT YOUR PENNIES, AND MAKE YOUR PENNIES COUNT
  12. 12. Get your priorities in order. • What is Essential • Eliminate Clutter • Vision/Mission and Intent
  13. 13. REVIEW: • Know your client’s strengths and weaknesses as well as your own! • Build your foundation for the tough times. • Who are they going to listen to? • Coach your best the hardest to create the culture you want.
  14. 14. REVIEW: • You will get humbled. • How will you respond? • Things are not always the way they seem. • Get the facts. • Count your pennies and make your pennies count. • What is essential in your life, family, business, or spiritual life?
