iGCDP, oGCDP, iGIP, oGIP Annual Performance Award is an award given to Top
Performing Local Committee in each of Exchange Programs in the period 01.01 –
31.12.2013.
It awards simultaniously:
• progress that the Local Committee has made in total number of internships realized in
specific program in comparision to previous year and
• scale of operations enhancement measured by contribution of Local Committee to
AIESEC in Poland 2013 results in specific program.
Local Committees do not apply for this Award.
EY Excellence Award
EY Excellence Award is the most essential Annual Award given to the best among
the bests – top performing Local Committee in all of the exchange programs in
2013 being
a role-model for the others to follow.

It awards simultaniously:
• progress that the Local Committee has made in total
number of internships realized in comparision to
previous year and
• scale of operations enhancement measured by
contribution of Local Committee to AIESEC in Poland
2013 total exchange results.
Local Committees do not apply for this Award.

Danone Wide Scope Impact
Award
Danone Wide Scope Impact Award is given to the Local Committee which takes
adventage of local market potential diversifying product portfolio and in
consequence enhancing ELD performance.

It awards simultaniously:
• progress that the Local Committee has made in number
of internships realized in specific programs in
comparision to previous year
• sustainable development described by growth in three
(3) out of four (4) exchange programs

Quality Experience Award
Quality Experience Award is given to the Local Committee which demonstrates
customer centric behaviours and takes special care of quality of provided
experiences while boosting their quantity.
Local Committees do apply for this Award answering questions mentioned below:
1. Why have you decided to apply for Quality Experience Award?

2. Looking into your Local Committee reality, what were the process that you have adapted in the
year of 2013 to drive customer orientation among exchange realisations and to your
membership development?
3. Following the idea and belief that an entity that drives Quality on Customer Experience,
considering communication, response to problems, treatment and facilitation (optimisation) of
process, what, in your perception are the most curtail points your LC evolved and developed
last year?
4. In terms of customer service, can you briefly explain how your back office areas are working on
innovation of this matter to the external environment?
P&G Leadership Award
P&G Leadership Award is given to the Local Committee which demonstrates
strong culture of leadership, activates its members to take up leadership positions
and subordinates its operations towards leadership development in every ELD
program.

1. Why have you decided to apply for P&G Leadership Award?
2. What does leadership mean to your Local Committee? How does your EB &
LC has been living AIESEC ‚activating leadership’ value?

3. How have you been enabling leadership development in ELD programmes
and among your stakeholders? Please list down and explain specific
initiatives your LC undertook with their results.
4. What are 3 main obstacles standing in front of AIESEC in Poland for it to
become an ultimate youth leadership provider? Propose solutions to address
them.
LIDL Reach Award
LIDL Reach Award is given to the Local Committee which increases its ELD
Performance by expanding AIESEC reach to new territories or conciously
capitalizes on potential of universities that have not been explored by far.

1. Why have you decided to apply for LIDL Reach Award?
2. What were the specific initiatives that your LC undertook in order to expand
AIESEC Reach in your local area? How those have supported your LC’s goals
achievement in specific ELD programs?
3. What are your conclusions and recommendations for Local Committees in
AIESEC in Poland willing to expand their physical reach in the local
environment?

4. What should be the role of Member Committee in expansions on a local level
and what kind of actions may suport this role?
PZU Innovation Award
PZU Innovation Award is given to the Local Committee which demonstrates fresh
approach towards existing problems, set trends, experiments or pioneers in new
initatives realization that can be replicated by the others.

1. Why have you decided to apply for PZU Innovation Award?
2. What does innovation mean to your Local Committee? What are the the
initiatives that your LC have been undertaking in the last year which you
consider as innovative?

Deloitte Role-model Cooperation
Award
Deloitte Role-model Cooperation Award is given to the Local Committee which
which boosts cooperation between Local Committees undertaking mutual
initiatives, shares know-how, supports structure and strategies of Member
Committee.

work on financial sustainability brings results and is one of the key factors of running operations. This award is
also given for growth in financial resources that this Local Committee achieved and by that contributed to the
growth of the whole organization.

Incoming Global Community Development Program Annual Performance Award Outgoing Global Community Development Program Annual Performance Award Incoming Global Internship Annual Performance Award Outgoing Global Internship Annual Performance Award iGCDP, oGCDP, iGIP, oGIP Annual Performance Award is an award given to Top Performing Local Committee in each of Exchange Programs in the period 01.01 – 31.12.2013. It awards simultaniously: • progress that the Local Committee has made in total number of internships realized in specific program in comparision to previous year and • scale of operations enhancement measured by contribution of Local Committee to AIESEC in Poland 2013 results in specific program. Local Committees do not apply for this Award.

EY Excellence Award EY Excellence Award is the most essential Annual Award given to the best among the bests – top performing Local Committee in all of the exchange programs in 2013 being a role-model for the others to follow. It awards simultaniously: • progress that the Local Committee has made in total number of internships realized in comparision to previous year and • scale of operations enhancement measured by contribution of Local Committee to AIESEC in Poland 2013 total exchange results. Local Committees do not apply for this Award.

Danone Wide Scope Impact Award Danone Wide Scope Impact Award is given to the Local Committee which takes adventage of local market potential diversifying product portfolio and in consequence enhancing ELD performance. It awards simultaniously: • progress that the Local Committee has made in number of internships realized in specific programs in comparision to previous year • sustainable development described by growth in three (3) out of four (4) exchange programs Local Committees do not apply for this Award.

Quality Experience Award Quality Experience Award is given to the Local Committee which demonstrates customer centric behaviours and takes special care of quality of provided experiences while boosting their quantity. Local Committees do apply for this Award answering questions mentioned below: 1. Why have you decided to apply for Quality Experience Award? 2. Looking into your Local Committee reality, what were the process that you have adapted in the year of 2013 to drive customer orientation among exchange realisations and to your membership development? 3. Following the idea and belief that an entity that drives Quality on Customer Experience, considering communication, response to problems, treatment and facilitation (optimisation) of process, what, in your perception are the most curtail points your LC evolved and developed last year? 4. In terms of customer service, can you briefly explain how your back office areas are working on innovation of this matter to the external environment?

P&G Leadership Award P&G Leadership Award is given to the Local Committee which demonstrates strong culture of leadership, activates its members to take up leadership positions and subordinates its operations towards leadership development in every ELD program. Local Committees do apply for this Award answering questions mentioned below: 1. Why have you decided to apply for P&G Leadership Award? 2. What does leadership mean to your Local Committee? How does your EB & LC has been living AIESEC ‚activating leadership’ value? 3. How have you been enabling leadership development in ELD programmes and among your stakeholders? Please list down and explain specific initiatives your LC undertook with their results. 4. What are 3 main obstacles standing in front of AIESEC in Poland for it to become an ultimate youth leadership provider? Propose solutions to address them.

LIDL Reach Award LIDL Reach Award is given to the Local Committee which increases its ELD Performance by expanding AIESEC reach to new territories or conciously capitalizes on potential of universities that have not been explored by far. Local Committees do apply for this Award answering questions mentioned below: 1. Why have you decided to apply for LIDL Reach Award? 2. What were the specific initiatives that your LC undertook in order to expand AIESEC Reach in your local area? How those have supported your LC’s goals achievement in specific ELD programs? 3. What are your conclusions and recommendations for Local Committees in AIESEC in Poland willing to expand their physical reach in the local environment? 4. What should be the role of Member Committee in expansions on a local level and what kind of actions may suport this role?

PZU Innovation Award PZU Innovation Award is given to the Local Committee which demonstrates fresh approach towards existing problems, set trends, experiments or pioneers in new initatives realization that can be replicated by the others. Local Committees do apply for this Award answering questions mentioned below: 1. Why have you decided to apply for PZU Innovation Award? 2. What does innovation mean to your Local Committee? What are the the initiatives that your LC have been undertaking in the last year which you consider as innovative? 3. How those have supported your LC’s goal achievement and how they might be replicated in AIESEC in Poland? 4. What might be done from the national level to suport boosting innovations on a local level?

Deloitte Role-model Cooperation Award Deloitte Role-model Cooperation Award is given to the Local Committee which which boosts cooperation between Local Committees undertaking mutual initiatives, shares know-how, supports structure and strategies of Member Committee. Local Committees do apply for this Award answering questions mentioned below: 1. Why have you decided to apply for Deloitte Role-model Cooperation Award? 2. Why and how have you been cooperating with Local Committees in AIESEC in Poland? 3. Why and how have you been supporting Member Committee? 4. This award is also given for growth in financial resources that this Local Committee achieved and by that contributed to the growth of the whole organization. Local Committees do apply for this Award answering questions & providing results achieved in measures of success mentioned below: 1. Why have you decided to apply for Finance Area Management Award? 2. How do you assess financial sustainability in your Local Committee (please assess income diversification, cash flow management, endowment capital, etc.)? How did the area evolved in the year 2013 compered to 2012. 3. What are the 3 main challenges that you have already met so far? How do you overcome them? 4. How does cost optimization looks like in your Local Committee? What are the main cost positions of your budget that you managed to cut during assessing the period of time that’s being assessed? Communication Area Management Award Communication Area Management Award is given to the Local Committee which properly adapts marketing strategies towards ELD performance enhancement and contributes with its ideas to the network. Shares knowledge, follows national brand direction and is innovative in the area. Local Committees do apply for this Award answering questions mentioned below: 1. Why have you decided to apply for Communication Area Management Award? 2. What makes you belive your LC deserves to get it? Please list specific actions, events, campaigns, etc. that contributed to the results of the LC in the short or long term perspective including your MoS realization. 3. Why have you decided to apply for External Relations Area Management Award? 2. What is a role of ER in your LC? Please dercribe how ER area is supporting your LC realization goals (including ELDs) 3. Application Process • Remember that all data and questions mentioned in the application concern time between 01.01.2013 – 31.12.2014 • Local Committee President on behalf of Local Committee, is submitting all of the applications that Local Committee is applying for (including functional). • There are no limitations regarding number of applications LC can apply for. • Each application is required to: • • • • cover all of the questions & KPIs requested on specific award description page be written in maximum of 3 A4 pages (lay out depands on individual preferences) be saved as a PDF file be named as following eg.
