Time management is really self-management.
The way you manage your time reflects who you are.
Think about the past month.
For each of the time pressures listed below,
indicate how much each has been a source of distress to you.
Score each item according to
how much of the time each statement applies to you.
The Scale: 5(always), 4(often), 3(sometimes), 2 (rarely), 1(never)
5. Do you start and end your day on time?
Do you not only allow, but also encourage
others to participate or are you nervous
when others help?
Are you a good listener, jotting down
points and taking the time to give/get
feedback?
The key is not to prioritize your what’s on your schedule,
but to schedule your priorities.
Use highlighters, colored pens or pencils
Use stars, circles, underlining, ect for
emotional motivation communication
Be open to look through the lenses of others
