تتناول ورقة العمل الفروق بين ادارة المعلومات وادارة المعرفة مع اظهار الخصائص التى تسعى اليها ادارة المعرفة بشكل خاص وهى الطريق الصحيح لمؤسسات الاعمال نحو مجتمع المعرفة وهى المرحلة التالية للاستفادة من المعلومات كما تعتبر احدى الوسائل نحو الابتمار والابداع للشركات وقطاع الاعمل والمؤسسات الحكومية فى تطبيق منهجية ادارة المعرفة
