2.1 Absinthe Spritz
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 oz Absinthe Verte
• 3 oz Chilled Water
• 1 Sugar Cube
• 3 dashes Angostura or other Aromatic Bitters
• Lemon Peel (garnish)
Instructions:
1. Place the sugar cube in a glass.
2. Add the dashes of Angostura or other Aromatic Bitters.
3. Pour the Absinthe Verte over the sugar cube and bitters.
4. Stir gently until the sugar dissolves.
5. Add ice cubes and top with chilled water.
6. Garnish with a lemon peel.
2.2 Smoky Apple Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
• 2 oz Smoky Scotch Whisky
• 1/2 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1/4 oz Maple Syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura or other Aromatic Bitters
• Apple Slice (garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a mixing glass, combine Smoky Scotch Whisky, Apple Cider Vinegar, Maple Syrup, and Angostura
or other Aromatic Bitters.
2. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently.
3. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with an apple slice.
4. 2.3 Spiced Pear Refresher
Ingredients:
• 2 oz Pear Vodka
• 1 oz Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
• 1/2 oz Spiced Pear Syrup
• 2 dashes Spiced Chocolate Bitters
• Club Soda
• Pear Slice (garnish)
Instructions:
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add Pear Vodka, Lemon Juice, Spiced Pear Syrup, and Spiced Chocolate Bitters to the shaker.
3. Shake well to combine.
4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
5. Top with club soda.

2.4 Raspberry Vanilla Fizz
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 oz Raspberry Vodka
• 1/2 oz Vanilla Liqueur

• Fresh Raspberries (garnish)

5. 2.5 Agave Sunrise
Ingredients:
• 2 oz Tequila
• 4 oz Orange Juice
• 1/2 oz Grenadine
• Lime Wedge (garnish)
Instructions:
1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Pour Tequila and Orange Juice into the glass.
3. Stir gently to combine.
4. Slowly pour Grenadine down the side of the glass to create a sunrise effect.
