A true LEADER, is (LOYAL) to his call,
He knows his purpose , giving respect to all.
He supports and guides his team ,
Encouraging them in visions and dreams.
Now, there are (The Leading - followers ),
Who loves to take all the honour .
Sitting , Criticizing and giving orders ,
With chest out boasting "I am the LEADER !
At times , when looked upon for strength ,
He sits back as if non -existent .
No Professionalism ! No (ENTHUSIASM )!
To me , that speaks volumes !
Taking all the credit to build self esteem ,
Yet , his influence on his team , remains unseen .
A true LEADER , is content ,
On the success of his team , he is bent ,
He does not take credit for the hard work of others ,
But works passionately with his team to conquer .
He always adds a Spiritual Dimension ,
Viewing his members as humans .
There are some i don't know why ,
Who only concentrate on suits and ties , Inadequacy they may try to hide ,
But their (ATTITUDE ) , will illustrate their Leadership Styles .
A true LEADER, must be (DISCIPLINED),
No fear, no doubt, no procastinating!
The position requires calculated risks ,
No demonstration of helplessness.
Some like to raise their voices to be heard, Anything of significance, NOT A WORD !
A LEADER must be true in his actions ,
In order for the team, to experience manifestations.
Some are (EXEMPLARS ), some are not!
Difficult to understand when they open their mouths .
Seeking fame , magnifying their positions ,
No preparations , No revisions, No information ! They sit by and depend on another ,
Watch them "On Victory Day" patting their own shoulders
On the topic of (RESPECT ),
This I must really inspect .
There are leaders who introspect ,
Others are in position , to see what they can get . Always looking down at others , I say with regret , Not
even "Good morning !" on their breaths . Believe me , I do not exaggerate .

But, there are those with whom I can relate , They walk in goodness and faith ,
Never using others as keys , to open gates .
I know of some leaders,
Who lead and command like a boss!
With the correct mindset,
They portray their status,
They, are the ones who deserve my applause , For I am happy to say, all is not lost !
To some LEADERS , I ask God to minister ,
Teach them how to be proper planners ,
They always like to rush through ,
To be first in the queue ,
But contribution to their members .... Nothing New !
Boasting am this “i am that !"
Never knowing when to stop . They pull down others to rise to the top ,
Always Grinning ! Like that's a big feather in their caps !
I know of a GREAT LEADER ,
One who has absolute control , the world over . HE is not designed in deception ,
He has known us from conception .
Leading and Blessing from HIS Throne .
No better leader , have I ever known ,
Seeing the positive in all situations ,
Arranging your deadlines , to completion
Come on , Leaders ! Make a declaration ,
To seek God firstly in all of your missions !
Watch your ACRONYMS ! Be aware !
You cannot lead a team without prayer !!!

TEACHER( Joy ): Goodmorning class , I’m sorry I’m late.Let’s just have a little lesson today .
ALL STUDENTS : Goodmorning ma’am
TEACHER : So , our lesson today is all about “ BAYANIHAN “ and we have something to do later about this
topic maybe after our class.So please I will encourage you to participate. Did somebody knows Bayanihan
means?
ALET : (Stand – up ) Ma’am , Bayanihan is derived from the word Bayan, which means “town”,
“community” or “country”.
TEACHER ( Joy ) : I need more answer, pls.
Rei : Bayanihan literally means “being in the community”. Ma’am.
Vivit : Ma’am , for me , in times of a heavy typhoons ,when everyone is a victim,Filipinos pitch in and give
whatever they can. Magbayanihan tayo is a Filipino phrase used when someone invites others to become
heroes for the community.
TEACHER ( Joy ) : Verygood ! So , you all know the meaning of BAYANIHAN.Okay,do things or apply the
Bayanihan inside or outside of the School.
ALL STUDENTS : okay ma’am!
TEACHER : Class dismiss!
SCENE 1
Helping each other to clean the area (, stairs, trashcan, etc.)
ALET : Let’s clean the classroom first.
Rei : True , there’s a lot a paper in the ground
JULIE : The seats are still messed up
JOY : I’ll arrange the seats later
JOSHUA : and I’ll take out the trash

Natapos na ang paglilinis ,lalabas n asana sila pero may nakita silang lalaki na nag iisa.
SCENE 2
Giving some relief Goods to students who need it.
REI : Alam nyo ba yung lalaki yung nasa labas
ALET : binubully daw sya dahil wala daw syang makain siguro wala syang pera.
JOY : ang hirap namn kasi ng buhay ngayon at andami pang mga gastosin lalo na sa tuition natin.
JULIE : Ano kaya kung tulungan natin , bigyan natin sya ng pagkain.
REI, ALET, & JOY : Sge ,magandang idea yan.
Pumunta sila sa labas para ibigay ang mga pagkain sa lalaki
JOSHUA : (nagulat ) akin po ito?maraming salamat po ( umiyak )
REI : Walang anuman .

SCENE 3
Helping a student with a lame leg
Habang bumaba na sila nang hagdan may nakita silang pilay na babai
JULIE : Tara tulungan natin yung babai bumaba
ALET : nahihirapan sya bumaba
REI : Kawawa naman .
DINALA NI REI ANG BAG NG BABAI
SI JULIE AT ALET NAMN AY INALALAYAN NILA ANG BABAI PARA BUMABA SA HAGDAN
AT HANGGANG SA NAKARATING NA SYA PUPUNTAHAN NYA.
SCENE 4
Helping the teacher to carry her things.
The students were about to go for home when they encountered the Teacher, who was on his way to the
faculty room while carrying a lot of things.
REI & JULIE : Ma’am let us help you.
ALET : You can actually say it together (joking)
All Students (laughing )
TEACHER(Joy ) : Thank you for your kindness my students.( smile )
The teacher and students carry the things of the teacher going to the faculty room.
TEACHER ( Joy ) : just put it here
3 of you are so kind and helpful , keep up the good work students and thank you again.( smile )
JULIE : You’re welcome ,ma’am (smile )
ALET : its pleasure to help you,ma’am ( smile )
REI : Anytime , ma’am (smile )
The students are walking while they are talking about Bayanihan.
ALET : Hayss, andami natin nagawa ngayong araw na ito.
REI : Oo nga, naka tulong pa tayo.
JULIE : Ang sarap tumulong ng walang anuman kapalit.
ALET & REI : tama ka jan , bff ( laughing )
