  1. Telleselling Skills Builder is a program designed to provide call handling skills to outbound telle callers.
  2. The program starts by introducing the challenges in telleselling. This is preceded by the program inviting the learner to think of the possible challenges.
  3. The process starts by providing the sales process mapped to the customers decision making process. This is done through concepts, scenarios and quizzes.
  4. The program then takes the learner through the eight steps of a call. Again, this is handled through concepts, role plays and examples.
  5. Let us see an example of the way scenarios are provided.
  6. As pre-call preparation, the learner is offered a simulation of the application, supported by instructions, to retrieve customer data. Based on this, the learner would make the call.
  7. The learner is invited to identify the significant information on the custoer.
  8. The case data leads to some quizzes for the learner.
  9. The in-call process is handled through a simulated environment. The program offers tips based on which the learner makes a choice of the statement that should be made to the customer.
  10. The conversation moves ahead with varying customer responses coming up based on the learner’s statement selection.
  11. Quite like a real-life situation, here also the end result of a call could be negative. The mentor come up with the outcome and feedback.
  12. The learner can review the entire call. The program provides the statement choices that were available at the stage, the choice made by the learner and the best choice possible. This is even supported by a feedback on the option the learner had made at each stage.
  13. The learner also has to take some non-mentored cases, wherein the program tips are not provided and the case is timed. The program is enriched with voice over audio.
