Telleselling Skills Builder is a program designed to provide call handling skills to outbound telle callers.
The program starts by introducing the challenges in telleselling. This is preceded by the program inviting the learner to think of the possible challenges.
The process starts by providing the sales process mapped to the customers decision making process. This is done through concepts, scenarios and quizzes.
The program then takes the learner through the eight steps of a call. Again, this is handled through concepts, role plays and examples.

As pre-call preparation, the learner is offered a simulation of the application, supported by instructions, to retrieve customer data. Based on this, the learner would make the call.
The learner is invited to identify the significant information on the custoer.
The case data leads to some quizzes for the learner.
The in-call process is handled through a simulated environment. The program offers tips based on which the learner makes a choice of the statement that should be made to the customer.
