accordance with the Company and Allied Matters Decree 1990 of Nigeria.
 The practice is a highly qualified building services Consulting firm managed by a team of experienced,
well-trained, articulate, seasoned administrators and technical personnel with several years of experience
in Electrical, Mechanical and Telecommunication Services in order to provide excellent professional
services to various categories of clients.
 Our management teams individually and collectively had been involved in various projects with
Governmental, Private and Educational Institutions.

ELECTRIFICATION OF BUILDING
We provide excellent design for electrification of building with state of the art
electrical equipment, apparatus and accessories; giving the project its
comparative attractive features.

STREET/AREA FLOOD LIGHTING
 Illumination levels are designed to meet the increasing demand of
modern day activities. To ensure personnel safety and security, the
recommended intensity level and fixtures types are strictly adhere to.
The standard also adequately ensures ranging illumination levels to meet
design effect in various applications.

LV & MV POWER GENERATION
AND DISTRIBUTION
We provide expertise advice on both the
conventional and renewable power
generation system based on International
and local standards. We carefully select
appropriate system and rating of Electrical
Equipment ranging from Distribution
Boards, Step Up & Step Down
Transformers, Low Voltage, Medium
Voltage & High Voltage Switch Gears and
Panels, Cable, Protection Systems and
Generators within budgetary estimates.

UNINTERRUPTED POWER SYSTEMS & INVERTERS
We are also proficient in designing of no-fail power systems by employing the
use of inverters and UPS. The standards of no-fail, no break system are strictly
adhere to meet the varying needs of our clients.

TELEPRESENCE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
We proffer solution to the communication system of our client with the
state of the art design. Employing the Telepresence communication
System for both picture and voice on real-time for conferences and
meeting.

FIRE ALARM DETECTION
 Cost-effective designs for fire alarm detection are one of our utmost
priorities.
 We design a robust and reliable fire detection system to meet both
international and local requirement employing the use of both digital
and addressable fire alarm system.

SECURITY SYSTEM
 A reliable and versatile security employing the use of both closed
circuit television system and access control system is assured.

DELEGATES CONFERENCE SYSTEM + PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM (PABX)
 Whether in a small audience or large conference settings, we have the
resources to design an efficient and functional delegate conference and public
address systems.
 The effectiveness of the audio system is assured irrespective of the size, shape
or acoustic material of the venue.

PLUMBING, WATER SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
 Provision of a complete domestic hot and cold water system in
buildings but not limited to the followings:-
 Pipe-works including valves, pumps and bracketry.
 Domestic water transfer and booster pumps and controls.
 Cold water storage tanks of GRP pre-insulated sectional panels.
 Electric water heaters and associated pipe-works and controls for
individual areas.
 Deployment of high quality Ideal Standard sanitary wares.

FIRE FIGHTING AND PROTECTION SYSTEMS
 We deploy a combination of early response, early suppression automatic
fire sprinkler system, the first Aid Fire Fighting System in hosereels and
other potable fire extinguishers on various building types.

SEWAGE AND WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM
 Our technical personnel with many years of relevant experience always
ensure perfect sewage and water treatment system design. Our designs
are always environmental friendly and safe.

HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM
 We have several years of experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and
Air-conditioning) system. We deliver a highly suitable environment and
climate for you and your employees to carry out your daily task.
 Deployment of heating and cooling techniques with advanced technology
predominantly by utilizing VRF series modular systems comprising of an
external condensing unit connected via refrigerant pipe-work to series of
direct expansion indoor units.
 Deployment of Central Air-Conditioning System utilizing liquid
Chillers/(AHU) Air Handling Units or VRF Systems.

VERTICAL TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM
 Deployment of Lift equipment to buildings in accordance with the safety
requirements of EN81-80 and BS7255 ranging from Panoramic lifts,
Cargo and Service lifts based on traffic and according to the space-use.
