Responsible for overseeing all Black Dot Wireless construction projects in California. Worked with 4 wireless contractors and
managed 12 crews to successfully complete the Sprint/Samsung Net-Vision project. Lead the CX projects through the Bid, True-
up, and payment processes successfully and profitably. Concurrently managed an AT&T / LTE project in Lancaster/Palmdale; this
consisted ofLTE/2C/3C installations, tower mods/upgrades and extensive RSSI/ VSWR troubleshooting. When Black Dot
acquired the AT&T/Cricket decom project in the BAWA market, I was integral in completing the site walks and scoping required
for 250 Cricket sites which AT&T plans to decommission and remove in 2016.
Responsibilities
Responsible for pulling BP’s and ensuring that post CX inspections were performed.
Created and submitted bid packages for the Net-Vision installs and the sub-sequent Legacy equip. decommission on the
Samsung/Sprint project.
Attended weekly launch and customer support calls between customers and BD to ensure that project timelines and
priorities were maintained with high levels of quality and professionalism.
Responsible for tracking & monitoring operational costs and expenditures, guiding BD’s construction projects in a
manner which ensures seamless and profitable transition through the various stages of the project
Maintained financial doc.’s and submitted final “True-Up” packages to the customer, ensuring payment on all
deliverables.
2. Black & Veatch 10/2012 – 5/2013

Lead Construction Manager
As Lead CM for B&V my activities included the planning, development, and roll out for the S. Valley market’s AT&T LTE equip.
I and one other lead CM were responsible for managing and directing a team of 12 field CM’s. We attended weekly meetings at
AT&T’s office with the project management team to discuss project timelines, priorities, and determine the most suitable course of
action to meet our customer’s demands. I was responsible for ensuring that the field teams were equipped to properly build t he
BOM’s and scope the sites for the LTE install.
Performed “Pre-Con” walks with the GC’s to define the OOM and identify the SOW. Delivering a clear understanding of
what the customers’ expectations were pertaining to the build specifications and quality standards.
Identified which sites and clusters would be launched in order of priority and material availability
Worked closely with the RF team, site Aq. dept., and AT&T project management to identify material and logistic
shortages to incorporate the proper lead time to avoid critically affecting launch schedules.
Caltrop Corporation 11/2011– 9/2012
Fresno Ca.

Responsible for contacting and contracting GC’s to perform CX and Audits for B&V on the AT&T LTE project. Applied
extensive LTE experience to Caltrop’s needs for Black & Veatch in Ca. B&V was deploying the LTE equip. in the NOR CAL
AT&T Market. Performed site audits, A&E design, CD’s, and Zoning submittals for B&V / AT&T. Caltrop previously had been
unable to keep up with customer expectations in relation to volume and quality. Contracting three GC’s from my network, three
sub crews from New Mexico, and three Caltrop “in house “crews. Caltrop grew from unsuccessfully completing 30 audits in the
month of November to ultimately completing 320 audits by March, exceeding customer expectations in both volume and quality.
Performing site audits, A&E design walks, scoping and CD’s for the LTE deployment in the Nor Cal
markets
