The EPC target before and after EnergiMidt’s project is
energy savings and cost reduction.
Our fee is calculated as a percentage of the customer’s
energy savings. We establish a baseline and verify the
costs. The industrial projects are often with a payback
time less than 3 years.
We offer you a package solution with consultancy, equipment
supply and financing with EnergiMidt as your point of contact.
Your company can either accomplish the same task by
using less energy or enhance the services for the same
energy input.

3. MAKING IT HAPPEN
– FINANCING
EnergiMidt has experience and cooperates with world leading
manufacturers of energy efficient equipment. We work
independently of the equipment producers, and we are your
ambassador when sourcing equipment for energy solutions.
Our projects are tailor-made, based on your status quo and aim
at the best energy efficiency result.
EnergiMidt sources and supplies individual equipment or
complete turnkey plants for all mentioned technologies.
EnergiMidt provides commercial financing for projects
(EUR 0.5-10 mill.) based on a guarantee from a European
Export Credit Agency (ECA).
Based on the customer’s audited financial statements,
we prepare a business plan for the project and present
all necessary documents for ECA approval.
After ECA approval, we negotiate a financial solution
with commercial banks offering the best possible
interest rate.
The repayment period can be up to 10 years and covers
up to 85% of the project sum.
CASE
A leading mining company in South Eastern Europe was
searching for a partner to comply with their ambitious
energy efficiency strategy within waste heat recovery.
After implementation of a new waste heat recovery
boiler, the results were:
• Natural gas consumption reduced by 1-1.5 mill. Nm3 p.a.
• Reduction of CO2 emissions 2,000-3,300 tons p.a.
• 3 years repayment schedule
• 1.5 years simple payback time
