Specify your goals

 As an associate, making a goal which is specific and
 definable will provide a direction and prevent
 stagnation.
 Continued progression toward this specific goal is
 necessary for maximized efforts.
Measurable Goals are Key

After specifying you goals you will then have a second
responsibility which will be to make these results
measurable.
This will be beneficial in the sense that your results will
have a effect based on how large of an effort and how
close to the goal you have accomplished.
Favor Attainability

 Set goals by the probability of completion. This is a
 method of sharpening ones consistency in stages.
 When a level of attainable goals is mastered after a
 number of times completed then it will be in the
 individuals interest to set higher goals, which for them
 will relatively be as attainable.
Challenge yourself


 In naming an objective for your work and preparing to
 close in on being a successful sales person you access
 the factors of diligent production.
Understanding the Offer
While working in sales it calls for the person/individual
to understand the material and to be creative with how
they use and present the promotion.
This point is highlighted and emphasized in one of the
six impulse factors when facing a possible client or
customer.
By understanding the offer and promotion yourself you
can spend the least amount of time that you can
dwelling on it with the customer, just recite the
objective.
