vehicle or equipment damages or repairs needed are identified to Military Standards.
⢠Make sure the vehicles are clear of all Government Furnished Equipment and Ammunitions.
⢠Conduct many in process tests and checks to ensure proper function, placement, and procedures are used prior to the
mechanics and welders installing our ISS and Block 1 MOD into the Cougars.
⢠Conduct final inspections and road tests on our trucks once the ISS has been completely installed to ensure proper
braking, torque of all installed nuts and bolts, proper hardware was used and secured properly, and to ensure proper
functionality of our upgrades before we submit for a Final QA.
â˘Receive and conduct LTIâs (complete vehicle inspection) on Cougar Cat I and Cat II MRAPS and other various Mraps to
determine what needs to be fixed or replaced to bring these vehicles to 100% FMC status for our Warfighters missions.
â˘Prepare the Cougars for our Modernization Team by troubleshooting and repairing any electrical issues to ensure all lights
are in working condition, conduct a full service on the vehicles to include: changing the engine oil, fuel filter, water-fuel
separator, air- dryer filter, and air conditioner filters.
â˘Perform 10 â 30 level maintenance on the Cougars to bring them to FMC status so they can be put back into our
Warfighters hands.
â˘Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all faults annotated on the 2404 from the previous LTI.
â˘Inspect vehicle for proper operation of all its components to include: proper fluid levels, driveline functions, electrical
systems, brake system, CTIS system, OGPK system, power inverter, make sure there is clear visibility in all windows if not
change out the glass, make sure all the interior is in proper working condition and that exterior is FMC or 10/20 standard
also depending on the mission.
