  • 6. Our Mission The Durham Prisoner Resource Round Table (DPRRT) seeks to strengthen communities by connecting the disconnected by improving housing, education and training skills, health services, employment, family and juvenile justice, and faith ministry.

  • 9. RE-Entry Success Based on Relationship Between Events beginning incarceration + release into the community.
  • 10. What We Know Report of the Re-Entry Policy Council & Other Evidence Based Practice (EBP)
  • 11. What We Want to Do? • Develop relationship with Correctional facility staff & Community Corrections releasing to Durham County • Develop relationship with inmate and family 9 months – 3 yrs prior to release • Comprehensive assessment of individual & family needs • Develop re-entry plan • Resource Check List Resume, SSN/Birth Certificate, State ID/Driver’s License – within 24 hrs (waiver), Clothing, Bus Passes, Food Coupons
