Talent Acquisition:
 Responsible for recruitment of senior, middle and blue collar level of Alandi Unit and
Guntur Unit as well.
 Map the skill set required with respective managers and source the required profiles to
match the fit.
 Driving the manpower plans and implementing the same based projected manpower
requirements.
 Coordinated recruitment activities using database, portal, professional websites,
employee referrals, recruitment agencies.
Induction and on boarding:
 Scheduling and conducting the Induction/Orientation Programs for smooth transition of
new entrants. Completing Joining formalities for all new hire.
 Preparing welcome note and circulating to all concerned and introduce the new
entrants to all employees and policies.
 Discussing the KRAs with the new joinee, which lead to engage them with the
organisation at the soonest.
Training & Development:
 Identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training needs accordingly for imparting
training on various topics.
 Interface with top management and external vendors and suppliers for the
implementation of corporate training or training programs to meet the business needs.
Compensation & benefits:
 Designing compensation plan for the organisation
 Gathering all data needed for designing the compensation plan
 Updating monthly attendance for compiling monthly salary sheet and sending it to
Accounts department for further procedure.
 Coordinating the full cycle of the payment with the accounts department to ensure that
the payment made to employees is accurate and complies with the statutory
requirements.
 Looking after bonus, performance linked incentives
 Educating employees about the schemes for tax saving.
 Ensuring completion of all year ending activities, including investment proofs
submission, Form 16, etc.
Industrial Relation & Legal:
 Successfully handling IR for Alandi Unit
 Maintaining harmonious relation between, employer, employee and government
authorities.
 Handling the employee grievance so as to avoid industrial conflicts and improve working
condition of employees.
 Liasioning with government authorities in connection with business operation.
 Boosting the discipline and morale of workers.
 Making sure all statutory acts under “factories act 1948” have been implemented in
plant.
 Maintaining all the record books like leave with wages register, muster roll, accident
book, inspection book
Performance Management System:
 Designing & implementation of the PMS.
 Working towards change management and building strong performance driven culture.
 Coordinating and completing the Annual Performance Review of all the employees on
time.
 Imparting training on PMS, defining KRA, self appraisal, midterm review and retention
management.
 Implementing incentive system for employee motivation.
Statutory Compliances:
 Maintaining updated information about Professional Tax, Minimum Wages and the
various limits of statutory compliances
 Ensuring the timely deposit of returns and challan of ESIC
Policy & Procedure:
 Defining plans, policies and strategies for greater operational effectiveness
 Review the staffs rules and regulations (or employee handbook) on a timely basis.
 Responsible for Auditing of all HR Processes & Policies to ensure the policies are
amended on timely basis.
Employee Engagement:
 Motivating employees to be the part of decision making
 Conducting Developmental Workshops for employees to enhance skills.
 To detect and handle complaints, disputes and grievances of all staffs for conducive
working environment through employee relations activities.
 Arranging annual health camps for the employees
Organizational Development:

Ltd Duration: June’11 – Aug’13 Designation: Senior HR Executive Key Deliverables Talent Acquisition:  Responsible for recruitment of senior, middle and blue collar level of Alandi Unit and Guntur Unit as well.  Map the skill set required with respective managers and source the required profiles to match the fit.  Driving the manpower plans and implementing the same based projected manpower requirements.  Coordinated recruitment activities using database, portal, professional websites, employee referrals, recruitment agencies. Induction and on boarding:  Scheduling and conducting the Induction/Orientation Programs for smooth transition of new entrants. Compensation & benefits:  Designing compensation plan for the organisation  Gathering all data needed for designing the compensation plan  Updating monthly attendance for compiling monthly salary sheet and sending it to Accounts department for further procedure.  Coordinating the full cycle of the payment with the accounts department to ensure that the payment made to employees is accurate and complies with the statutory requirements.  Looking after bonus, performance linked incentives  Educating employees about the schemes for tax saving.  Ensuring completion of all year ending activities, including investment proofs submission, Form 16, etc. Industrial Relation & Legal:  Successfully handling IR for Alandi Unit  Maintaining harmonious relation between, employer, employee and government authorities.  Handling the employee grievance so as to avoid industrial conflicts and improve working condition of employees.  Liasioning with government authorities in connection with business operation.  Boosting the discipline and morale of workers.  Making sure all statutory acts under “factories act 1948” have been implemented in plant.  Maintaining all the record books like leave with wages register, muster roll, accident book, inspection book Performance Management System:  Designing & implementation of the PMS.  Working towards change management and building strong performance driven culture.  Coordinating and completing the Annual Performance Review of all the employees on time.  Imparting training on PMS, defining KRA, self appraisal, midterm review and retention management.  Implementing incentive system for employee motivation.
