Didier has 18 years experience in increasingly responsible positions in
Project Management / Business Development / Consulting / Software

Mobility, Data and IT Security outsourcing services leadership role.
Didier comes from a strong ICT technical background, is an Oracle Certified
Professional and an IBM Security Systems Certified Professional
Didier is responsible for developing innovative service lines around Cloud, Data, Mobile
and Security. Didier is pioneer at Agileum : He was the first to bring a could PAAS inside
the Agileum toolbox, the first to lead mobile application development missions for Agileum
customers, the first to implement next generation security solutions in sensitive customer
environments, and also the first to create a mobile application downloaded over 10000
times in Mauritius (Tiombo for IOS and Android).
He has worked in different industries i.e. Insurance as technical/functional support, Banking
as Oracle developer, Manufacturing as BI support, Agriculture as Oracle developer and
functional expert, Retail as functional expert, team lead, performance tuner, and service
line manager for application maintenance on Peoplesoft including custom development
Over the years, Didier has been stepping in several roles, such as managing and
coordinating offshore teams, technical designs creations, performance enhancements on
Peoplesoft with Oracle 10g infrastructure, support activities, deployment,
application/infrastructure testing, documentation, automation.
Didier has worked in different roles on local projects/clients in Africa and managed offshore
projects for global clients.

7 years of Senior Management responsible for business development of offshore custom
development, ERP maintenance, mobile application development with cloud backend, data
services and integration of IBM Security Systems such as Qradar SIEM and Guardium

3.5 years of hands-on experience on Peoplesoft ERP technologies especially SCM and HR
application maintenance, acting in several senior roles (team lead, service lead,
industrialization lead)
6 years software development experience using SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, forms, reports,

4 years functional experience on financials (Accounting modules of ERPs, Banking
software such as Credit Card systems)
