         –  In this state, our rational mind is controlled by
            impulsive mind, and quick, angry and unreasonable
            behavior results.


     •  Drying Enthusiasm.
         –  Giving up or discouragement due to not seeing
            results according to expectations is a common
            thing, however we must keep ourselves motivated.

                                 When the road ahead becomes bumpy,
                                 Don’t you ever become grumpy.

•  Doubting Thomas
           –  Results from lack of faith.
           –  Have faith that you will win and you shall
              eventually.
           –  Let not doubt usurp the place of Faith

       •  Rising Frustration.
           –  In this state, regulating one’s mood becomes
              difficult and this swamps the ability to think.
           –  Way out is to empathize and hope…even hope
              beyond hope!
