Approx. 25.6 MTPA Cement Manufacturing Company (integrated plant at Beawar, Ras , Raipur and seven grinding
units i.e Suratgarh, Khushkhera, Roorkee, Jaipur, Bihar, Panipat, Bulandshahr) and approx. 592.6 MW Power
Generation plant in Rajasthan.
Where I am presently associated as Assistant Manager at Beawar, Raj since May’ 08 and managing the following
functions:
Major Job profile:
Recruitment - Cement (Projects & Power Plant):
 Manpower planning in consultation with Functional Head and HODs.
 Preparation of Job description for Technical & Commercial persons.
 Introduced a new recruitment strategy. That not only helped reduce TAT exponentially but also helped
strengthen the organisation by ensuring better Talent and thus leading to higher productivity.
 Maintaining vacancy status and initiating the recruitment process to fulfil the same.
 Maintaining Recruitment Calendar.
 Sourcing the candidates through Placement Consultants, Job Portals i.e. by surfing and posting the Jobs on
portals, References, Walk Ins, Linked in etc
 Short Listing of Candidate & conduction competency based interviews.
 Designing recruitment advertisement & co-ordination with advertisement agencies & co-ordination with other
agencies for recruitment for various positions & mail requisitions to consultants for urgent requirement in
various departments.
 Responsible for negotiating job offers, including salary.
 Conducting Campus Interviews, Walk-In-Interviews and co-coordinating with them in selection processes.
 Interview record on ERP–Oracle (Recruitment Module).
Learning & Development
 Identification of training needs for Executives, Managers & Staff based on organizational requirement, functional
needs and behavioral needs and Competency Assessment.
 Preparation of Training Calendar & Formulating Training Budget.
 Identifying training programme nominations as per TNI.
 Preparing training circulars & necessary arrangements to organize / conduct training programme for staff and
workers as per training.
 Documenting and executing the training as per system procedure and follow the HOD direction.
 Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by continuously developing and implementing pre & post
assessment tools.
 Training date to record on ERP–Oracle (Training Module).
 Performance Management System (PMS) – Analyse and propose.
Organization Development
 Personal discussion / feed back on confirmation of services & separation (exit).
 HR coordinators role & feed back system for further improvement & level of satisfaction.
 Mentoring system & its effectiveness.
 Annual highlights presentation of HR activities on every year on 1st Jan.
 Monthly New joinees meeting.
 To develop in-house training facilitators & 2nd line interviewers.
 Conducting surveys from time to time with the employees with respect to various issues and streamlining the HR
policies and procedures accordingly & assisting in survey is being organized by external agencies.

 Arranged industrial Visit of different college students in our plant.

HR Operations :
 HR Initiatives: Driving the HR Initiatives taken – Internal Job Postings, Job Rotation Policy, Internal Recruitment
System Policy, Orientation & Induction Module, Interaction Meeting, and Employee Handbook, organization
chart.
 On-Boarding: Responsible for complete joining and orientation formalities of new employees.
 Induction: Prepare Induction Plan and carry out new employees’ Induction program, induction presentation and
brief on company’s policies, facilitate meeting with HODs.
 Letter Generation: Preparation of letters like Probation Extension, Confirmation, Warning Termination,
Appraisal, Recognition, Relieving, Experience etc.
 Exit Formalities: Processing the Exit Interview, full & final settlement and released Service Certificates.
Contract Labours Management :
 Handling 1,200 contract labours during the project, maintain local liaising with Local administration
and labour department, workers grievances, Ensure statutory compliances, and work on preventive action to
avoid workers problems. Maintain 100% statutory compliances Maintain labour hut their arrangement
transportation, Gate passes and others requirement.
Administration:
 Guest House Management, Mess at Site for Staff & canteen for workers, Drinking water for Staff & workers,
arranged various Pooja & oraganise various event for staff, Horticulture (planted various type of plant to
completed compliance of Pollution Control Board), Medical Health Check up Camp, various schemes fpr Workers
under BOCW Act, Handling staff Vehicle Arrangement, making work orders, kilometres verification & Vehicle
contractors Payment & Workers Transport & conducted various CSR activities near by villages.
HRMIS :
 Record and maintain all recruitment & Training related data and reports, compilation of monthly MIS of
Recruitment & Training, Joining details records in ERP.
 Prepare all types of MIS for corporate office & updating and maintain of all HRMIS reports.
